Yeah, but they are no way near as nasty as Victoria and Jonathon were from season 6. They were so hateful and mean to each other it was really difficult to watch.

And whatever happened to Colin and Kristie(I thought they were going to be on the show? (remember the "oh my god I hate you" guy and then he proposes to her!!! LOL

Wretched!! How about Lori and Bolo? The wrestling/ body building couple. Unfortunately for them(or not), they were eclipsed by Jonathan and Victoria for their bad behavior on that season.

I really wish AR would do a reunion show so we could see whatever happened to the racers. I was wondering about Freddy and Kendra. Didn't they get engaged too? I wonder if they(or Colin/Christie) ever tied the knot?

Someone posted earlier on this or the other thread that they are going to have a baby. I think they were asked back...but had to quit before going on.

It was a response to a post I had made about how Rob & Amber got a call only 2 weeks before filming to do this AR. That "Kodak" moment was captured on the last night of the last episode of their Las Vegas/Rob wants to be pro poker player show.



And no matter how bad any couple was or is perceived on AR...noone comes close to J&V who came across as an abuser/victime relationship. They went miles above the "who wears the pants in the family" question.

Yes, they had her baby shower on Girls Next Door, the show about Hugh Hefner's girlfriends. It was funny because Jonathan came over and had all these ideas for the shower (what kind of a man does that ) and Holly (the main girlfriend) was like I already have the whole thing planned but thanks anyway. He's either a complete control freak or a media *****. Probably both.

I think the line of the night had to go to Team Cha Cha. Now I'm paraphasing but one said "Peru is very beautiful!" and the other said "Yes, Peru is very beautiful, but we're in Ecuador!"

I watched Season one all day sunday to get myself ready for the night and everythime they said "jackxxx" I would start laughing.

Lori and Bolo were on my list of past teams I wanted to see in All-Stars. You are right about J&V stealing their limelight. I loved how Lori would yell for Bolo to "C'mon" They were a fun team. I wonder if the Bowling Moms were considered for all stars? I would have liked to have seen them. I believe they were the 4th runners up in their season.

I would have also liked a parent/child team in the Race aka Nancy & Emily from Season 1 or Gus & Hera from Season 6.

Yes! I enjoyed both of those teams. Perhaps the next time they try an All-Star edition they can figure out some new rules such that there are more teams involved.

Agreed, but IMO they are not OK just because they are not as bad as those two.

I agree. I really hoped they would be selected. They were amusing in an annoying sort of way.

I'm glad they weren't in it. They made the race difficult to watch, the back and forth bickering. Sucks for them the way they lost the final leg (which ended up being the greatest finish in AR history).

It is too bad that Colin & Christie aren't in this race, because I can remember the rivalry between them and Mirna & Charla. I found it amusing when Christie tried to block their way, and Charla just went under her.

I missed most of #6, so I didn't see any of J&V, but it sounds like they are the most infamous team in AR history. And I thought Lake & Michelle (#9) and Rob & Kimberly (#10) were the worst to each other.

Jonathan and Victoria were far far worse than either of these teams. He makes their fights look like amateur hour in comparison. He constantly belittled her and screamed at her viciously. Very very abusive and painful to watch.

I think J&V would have been too much and turned it into a circus and not a race. Other teams I would have also have liked to see are Frank and Margherita, Tara and Will and the Hippies. Whether I liked them or not personally, all these teams were good racers.

That one did have the biggest edge of your seat finish. I did love to hate Will, but I liked Tara, and I thought it was funny when she got fed up at him, and would always flirt with Chris and Alex.

I haven't followed this thread, but I'm sure I'm in the minority here, but I'm glad to see Mirna and Schmirna again! I know "Mirna" was quite the snob, but they always had these mannerisms that made me laugh.

Yes, yes, yes! I always get Kelly and John confused with John Vito and Jill. I wish there had been more teams to start out in this version of the race. Like 14 or 16. Although I guess that would be even more chaos to coordinate with the camera men and producers.

Yes, that would be fun. It could have been done with the All Stars in the sense of having 20 teams but using a bunch of intersections such that they had to keep switching alliances. Then, near then end they could have made them switch partners. Oh well, I'll keep my fingers crossed for fun twists and developments.
