Missed Meditations
Jan 10 - Today is awarenesss day for what I have accomplished. Celebrations may be in order. Pretty good one for the day after the marathon.
Jan 11 - The only constant is change
Jan 12 - It is never to late to re-examine our choices. Re-Examination is wise. We always have choices.
Jan 13 - My ability to be compassionate and experience the beauty of my humanness has not left me. It was only buried under layers of addictive garbage.
Good Morning Wish buddies! Well I did pretty good yesterday! Here is a recap
B: 2 pieces canadian bacon, egg, cheese - 2 carbs
L: Cheeseburger, pickles, and 3 slices of bacon (no buns) - 2 carbs
D: 6 chicken wings (my fav.) - 6 carbs
S: 1 piece of chocolate - 8 carbs and a couple of bites of DH's french fries.
Water - 4 to 5 glasses
Vitamins - done.
My left foot feels much much better today but my toe is sensitive. I am going to clean it again real good this morning and then put some neosporen on it. It is starting to look better - so that is the good news.
Plan today:
B: Broccoli and Cheese - 3 carbs
L: Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla (it snowed here and there is no getting out of the parking lot)
D: ??? Might do the cheeseburger again or I might make Tuna salad.
Water: 8 glasses is the goal.
Exercise - going to Curves after work today.
