Happy New Year Amanda! I am so sorry to hear your father is feeling poorly. Healing
and prayers are being sent his way.
So Curves went well? That is great! make sure you take the time to stretch afterwards. That is what prevents you from feeling sore and it allso helps provide oxygen to you muscles - very important!
How did the weigh -in and measurements go? I bet you will be very pleasantly surprised in a month when you get remeasured!!
I hope you have a wonderful OP day today! WDW is just around the corner for you!!

Also, thanks for promising to walk with me to the bus stop on Sunday morning - I'm such a chicken about walking alone in the dark! My bad eyes don't help - I tend to run into things!
You are a sweetie!!
I haven't made a WISH walker t-shirt yet - not sure if I'll have time.....

and
as you sail on by! You're going to do so well AND you're going to have the time of your life. ENJOY!
It was a real wake-up call!
He has been diagnosed with diabetes but she seems to want to control it through diet and has given him a machine to check his blood sugar levels. Basically she told him - if it is high don't eat a candy bar. I am also going to introduce my father to Splenda. He still has his stress today but I she doesn't think it will show anything of great concern. I'm still nervous about it - but not nearly as much as before.
!!! Seriously, I am so proud of all our WISHers walking the walk this Sunday! I will be cheering for you all come Sunday from here in Connecticut!
Bye,
Amanda. I'll miss you. . .
