I thought I would share this story of an artist who is going around the country painting flags on rooftops. he is going to do one in all fifty states. He actually painted one in our small town for his Illinois flag # 26 it is about 5 miles from my house and I am gonna take a pic of it when I get a chance!

Wow, you guys were in there late! I had a great time last night and left around 11:30 my time. I'm looking forward to those late night sessions right before we cruise!!

Sounds good to me...I usually am a late night person!! I cut out on Roxann, I had to be at work this morn, and finish a load of laundry!

Really cool news here.
Several weeks ago Mike submitted his podcast to a "review" podcast. They review books, movies, stores, etc etc, and they also review other podcasts.

They had GREAT GREAT things to say about his podcast (I've heard several of their shows and it's not like they just say nice things to be nice.....they give very fair reviews and assessments) Only one criticism....Mike can be a little longwinded and say the same things over and over. (I've already told him that was an issue)

He's thrilled b/c it's good to hear some unbiased feedback. He's also thrilled because he now has something to work on to make it better.

The woman who is one of the reviews even said she's going to keep listening to it b/c it's interesting......and she doesn't have any children!! Her dh (the other reviewer) said he'll start to listen as soon as they have kids.

Congratulations to Mike. This is great news! I don't have any little ones any more and I've enjoyed his podcasts too!

I just bought a new flag this morning to put out on Monday. I can't believe that it's been 5 years.

Sounds good to me...I usually am a late night person!! I cut out on Roxann, I had to be at work this morn, and finish a load of laundry!

I'm glad you found your way there last night.

The late night chats right before the cruise were really neat. We sure did our share of chatting, didn't we. I'll remember though, any talk of Oriental Trading and I'm out of there.

Last year, in chat, we came up with the idea of doing crowns and tiaras for Fantasy Night. So, we got out of chat and placed an order that night. Shipped them down to Amy, who brought them to the DIS meet where we distributed several of them and then the rest of them on the ship. Apparently, our idea wasn't so unique as DVC came up with the same idea.

But, we had the official DIS group version heading into the dining room.
