I second the Plaza Inn chicken recommendation. Last time I ordered double green beans, no mashed potatoes, and it was more than plenty for two adults to share. We were quite full, didn't feel deprived at all.

I'm not sure that I'd agree with the folks who are saying that Thanksgiving isn't bad crowd-wise. We've been there on Thanksgiving before, and it was IN-SANE. I would say Christmas and Thanksgiving are equally crowded.

On the way in... I still get mixed up as to the most efficient way to get to each area. TNP leaves all their pins at home for each visit to a Disney park.

Other than the menu, do they do anything special for Christmas? Does Goofy show up in a Christmas sweater or dressed as Santa, anything like that? Special photo backdrop? Etc?

I don't have an answer for you, but I am also interested in hearing the responses. I've heard that Goofy's Kitchen is a lot of fun on Christmas Day and their menu for the day looks awesome, but I haven't experienced that place on a holiday before. Some have said that Ralph Brennan's Jazz...

Here's what my kids do: The pins they want to keep are worn on one side of the lanyard, the pins they want to trade are worn on the other side. Any pins they want to keep that don't fit on the "keeper" side of the lanyard are left at home or kept in Mom's bag. We actually strip our lanyard...
