Yuletide Fantasy Tour

What is the Yuletide Fantasy Tour? Has anyone here everdone it and how did you enjoy it? Would it be good for an eight year old?

I'm one of those people who has to do everything there is to do that's Disney. I've been on every tour and I think it taints me to a degree. I think most of the other tours are better. If you don't have anything else to compare to then I suppose you could like this tour.

I found our guide misleading. She would make up answers if she didn't have one. We caught her in a few lies. I reported her and I was very careful to spell it all out. I never had that happen on any other tour. One redeeming part of the tour is you get a keepsake at the end of the tour which was a nice touch.

You do go to all the parks and we were in Epcot World Showcase before it opened and I loved seeing the place totally empty except for the tour group.

Many will probably say this is a wonderful tour but I'm not one of them.

I agree with Bete. I took the tour this December and had a male guide. I don't feel he had the facts down like the guides on other tours. He was very fuzzy on some of the Holiday traditions from other parts of the world. It was okay and I thought the idea of discussing how other celebrate December holidays was intriguing but it just did not come off as professional as other tours. I did receive a nice ornament and pin though.
