This is a big weekend for me, it is my 52nd week on Weight Watchers. That's one year! My meeting and weigh in day is Sundays.

I've lost 56 pounds and am 11 pounds away from goal.

:cool1:  :cool1:  :cool1:  :cool1:

That's FANTASTIC :cheer2:

I love to see people's long term success because it's so helpful when we're in a short term rut! You're a great inspiration.

Keep up the great work. :bounce: :Pinkbounc

Congrats! Keep up the good work.

Love the quote in your signature -- it's soooo true.

I had my WI this morning and I was up .2 of a pound. I wasn't too disappointed because I could see where that possibly come from. We cooked steaks here at home last night and they had been marinated which had more sodium than I needed the night before a WI. It is also that TOM so hopefully next week I will have a loss of a pound or two.

Have a great on plan week everyone. Keep kicking those pounds away ;) .

Congrats to all the LOSERS :cheer2: here - WEIGH TO GO!!!, and WELCOME :welcome: to all the newbies and returners! Onward and Downward! :cool1:

For the newbies, I'm a maintainer. Have been since Dec. '04! Well, except for the past few weeks following Cmas. :guilty: But finally, those gains are coming down - 1/2 lb lost this week. So much better than ^up! I guess you could say I'm trying to lose again, altho my weight was still within my goal range, I just didn't like how just a few pounds felt! :sad2: Over 2 years OP will do that to ya! :goodvibes

One day at a time! And I mean that literally! :goodvibes :grouphug:

Have a great week everyone! :woohoo:

Kim, way to go on getting those Christmas ones gone. :cool1: You stay so consistent it is a great inspiration knowing that one can maintain long term. This has to be a life long commitment not just a short term.

I'm sending :wizard: for a great OP day for everyone!

My first week back was last week and I only lost .5! :confused3

I did so good an went to the gym 4X! I'm going to try to cut back on the weights and just do cardio this week and see what happens. I'm doing even better this week. I really hope to see a loss or my motivation will be gone.

Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Don't lose your motivation just yet! Sometimes being good about exercise can mess up your system for a couple of weeks before it kicks into gear.

I know its hard when :hourglass moves so slow in the weightloss world, but, I would do the exact same thing you did last week in terms of exercise and give it some time to adjust.

:goodvibes Good luck :goodvibes

Any loss is a good loss, right? Remember that muscle does weigh more than fat so that could be what is going on. Good idea to up your cardio and give it a try. Are you eating the same number of points everyday? Maybe you need to shake your body up a bit by changing around some of your foods. Just a couple of thoughts.

Keep up the great work and don't lose that motivation. Let's hear it for our WISH team :cheer2: :cheer2: .

Congratulations on the loss and your new clippie. It looks stunning on you. :cool1: Keep up the great work and have a wonderful week.

Down 1.5 this week
I am discouraged, I ate flex pts so this next week my goal is to not eat them and see what happens.

Down 1.5 is a reason to celebrate!

Remember, WW doesn't want you to lost more than 1-2 pounds per week. It's hard to keep it in mind when the long-term seems so hard, but take things in five pound increments and celebrate your short-term successes.

Try not to compare your losses to others'. I get discouraged in meetings when people report 3 and 4 pound losses in one week, and I'm sitting there with a 1.2 :furious: -- but I try to remember that everyone loses differently and at a different rate. Hang in there! :goodvibes

Down 3.2 this weigh in. We had some family emergency issues and I have been unable to weigh in a couple of weeks. I am happy with the loss!!

I totally agree with Heatherfeather24, 1.5 is a great loss and losing slowly is the best way to lose. The flex points are there to use if you need them just make sure that you are using most of your points with good food choices. Stay positive and don't get discouraged. Let's hear it for our WW WISH team :cheer2: :cheer2: .
