But finally, those gains are coming down - 1/2 lb lost this week. So much better than ^up! I guess you could say I'm trying to lose again, altho my weight was still within my goal range, I just didn't like how just a few pounds felt!

For the newbies, I'm a maintainer. Have been since Dec. '04! Well, except for the past few weeks following Cmas.But finally, those gains are coming down - 1/2 lb lost this week. So much better than ^up! I guess you could say I'm trying to lose again, altho my weight was still within my goal range, I just didn't like how just a few pounds felt!

moves so slow in the weightloss world, but, I would do the exact same thing you did last week in terms of exercise and give it some time to adjust.
