Way to go on your loss this week, your January loss and your total loss to date. Hey, where is your WISH clippie? Keep up the great work! :cheer2:

I have seen the clippies but how do the clippies work? Are they for each time you reach 5, 10, 20...pounds lost?

Down .6 is better than up .6

I think you get to do a happy dance for down .6 -- or I'll do it for you.

As for me, down 1.6 at WI this morning. So, it's 8 pounds down total, and 2.8 pounds down since my "up 10 pounds" sabbatical. Have a great week everyone!

A loss is a loss, right? Sometimes when we think we had a good week it doesn't reflect until the next WI. Wish I understood that.

Hey studying for a test on the treadmill might help you score better. Worth a try. Here's some :wizard: for your test.

Come right on in and join along. I love that there is a place we can report in our good and bad weeks. We are in this thing together.

Remember that you are doing this for you and keep yourself focused on a short term goal. Don't look at the big picture as it seems like it takes so long, look at a smaller goal to start with. Once you reach that one, set another goal for yourself.

Glad to hear that excitement. You had a great loss this week, keep up the great work. You know you have to hang around even when you aren't psyched so we can help each other through our struggles. :cheer2:

Oh Well Good luck this week.
Hey did I ever post that website that is my life saver (other than WW) for when we "have" to go out to eat. I will do it again in case I didn't and if it's a repeat I apologize.

Good luck all and LOTS of :wizard: to everyone this week.

Thanks for posting the site, I use it as well when we are going someplace that isn't listed in the book. I have also found that some restaurants have on their web site the nutritional value of the meals.

This is a big weekend for me, it is my 52nd week on Weight Watchers. That's one year! My meeting and weigh in day is Sundays.

I've lost 56 pounds and am 11 pounds away from goal.
