I'm still 3 pins out. I'll use gems periodically to try and get a new pin but since they have all been duplicates lately I have stopped doing that. Didn't even bother with the tappers and cloud thing last week. Too much effort for no reward.

Same for me. I finished top ten in each (I know one of them needed top five for best rewards), and I got nothing useful. I still need five pins, but the results of those two events have convinced me I am not getting Chernabog, so I have now completely mentally checked out of any aspirations or additional effort to get him; certainly not using any gems on it.

Yup. Either i decide to shell out some $$$ in a few weeks or I spend nothing and forego Chernabog. I think that is what they are wanting anyway. A gem grab and a $$$ grab. Will I spend the $$$? I dunno. At least it is guaranteed with the $$$. I hate that the game has become this way. At least the Zootopia event seemed a bit less hypertension inducing than some past ones

I have enough duplicate stars for 3 of the 50/50 guaranteed chests. I'll use those on or around the last day before I spend any real money on a guaranteed pin. Plus the Avatar event has some 4 and 5 star chests so maybe those will give something other than duplicates.

Thanks for the heads up. I should look at the d i s c o r d server more frequently. There is a specific channel for redemption codes. Just looked and this is the only one listed right now.

The Community Manager says the team is aware this is...concerning...and there may be changes in the future. (Maybe it was definite changes...I forget.)

Anyway, got Jake (3) and Tuk (2) and the float and the first attraction. Just doing what I'm doing...
