My weign-in was this morning and I'm only down 1/2 pound. The weekend did me in as I didn't drink all my water and went over my points for the days (but did not use anywhere near all my flex points). Also no exercise this weekend. Still a loss is a loss and I'm happy. Back on the threadmill this morning and drinking my water.

Congrat's on the loss, I was glad to hear you say a loss is a loss. You sound like you know what you need to work on over the upcoming weekend and I know you can do it. :thumbsup2

What a bunch of LOSERS we have here! :thumbsup2

I stayed the same which is fine with me. I wouldn't mind losing 1-2 lbs, just for safety's sake. :teeth:

Have a great week everyone! :yay:

Maintaining is the name of the game at lifetime right? My MIL just made lifetime yesterday and we were so proud of her. I know that one day I'll be jumping for joy also.

Despite barely eating all week, due to the flu, I only dropped .2 pounds.

I am sorry that you were sick and hope that you are starting to feel better. Sometimes not eating enough can do the same as eating too much. When we don't eat enough, our body starts thinking it needs to be in the starvation mode and hangs onto everything. Probably too being sick you weren't drinking enough water (I know when I'm sick even with just a cold I don't feel like drinking water).

Focus on this week and don't worry about last week. Sending you pixiedust: to feel all better soon.

I had my WI on Monday but wasn't on much yesterday. I was down 2 pds this week bringing me to a loss of 21.8. I still have another 30 some pds to go but I really try to look at the loss in 5 pd segments.

Have a great On Plan week and remember to drink your water (I'm saying that to remind myself).

down 2 lbs....
total of 6.4 lbs since feb 2nd
so now just make sure i stay on plan :)

Way to go on your loss this week. :cool1: Keep up the great work. You can stay OP as long as you stay focused on what you want to accomplish.

I was down .4 last night. I was hoping for more since I have been exercising now, but hey, I'll take it!

I think those chocolate chip cookies DH made during the snowstorm did me in! :teeth:

I did do my WATP 3 mile DVD on Tuesday & walked 3 miles on the treadmill yesterday. Hopefully, next week will be better with this continued exercise.

A loss is a loss right? ::yes:: We don't dwell in the past or on those cookies, we look toward the future. Congrat's on your exercising, keep it up.

Hi,

Just noticed this WW weigh-in thread so I thought I would jump in here. I will be on my 3rd weigh in this Sunday. Since I started I have lost 11.8 pounds. I know this is probably too much in such a short time, but I did everything I was supposed to do. My body was probably in shock. Anyhow, this week has been kinda tough for me. I have not been good at journaling, or drinking enough water, milk, etc. I havent had much of an appetite and I know that this will probably work against me. It has been crazy in my house as we are having the whole second floor of our home renovated now so everyone is sleeping on the first floor. I have 5 kids so you can well imagine the chaos. My house is in complete disarray and my diet has gone right with it. I am hoping that next week will be more disciplined for me. I know that I have to journal all the time, or I don't do well. Anyway just wanted to jump on here to say hello to everyone. All the weight losses are very inspiring to me. It helps me remember that I can do it too!! Congrats to all the LOSERS here and good luck to all those who have just begun!! I will check in again on Sunday.

Today was weigh in day! I was really nervous, but ended up loosing 2.6 pounds! :woohoo: I guess walking on the treadmill, as much as I hate it :crazy2: , was worth it after all! Hope you all did good too. Congrats to all!

We are so glad that you found the thread and jumped in. I don't think it is rare to lose quickly in the first few weeks, I do believe like you said our body goes into shock.

Your "life" does sound like it has been turned upside down but you can work through it. To make sure you get your water in, how about filling up a couple of large bottles to equal the amount you need to get in and keep one of them with you at all times. This will help remind you that you need to get it in before too late in the evening (so you won't have to be up going to the potty so much at night ;) - speaking from experience on that one). As for your journaling, just make it a point to right it down after you put it in your mouth. I am another one that has to journal to keep me in line. When you have a day that isn't on plan like it should have been, don't let it get you side tracked. Get yourself back OP right away and don't look back, look forward. You can do it even with crazy things happening in life.

Congrat's on the loss so far and keep posting.

WAY TO GO ON YOUR WI :cool1: . I know what you mean about the TM, maybe you'll be able to get some outside walks in when the weather opens up. Keep up the great work. :sunny:

Tammy thanks for the welcome and the encouragement. Tomorrow is weigh in day and I am really looking forward to the meeting this week, I think it will help me start the week off right. I will post tomorrow after my meeting. Have a good day everyone!!

All right, I have been lifetime for 2 1/2 years and have not been very good about weighing in. Even though this doesn't count for WW, it helps me stay accountable, so here goes.

Height: 5' 6"
Starting weight:149
Goal weight: 128
Today's weight: 130

Good job on reporting in. Becoming a lifetimer is a great accomplishment (one I am working towards). When you worked so hard to become a lifetime member you want to continue to go for free ::yes::.
