Down 2.2 this week! This is the biggest loss since the first week I rejoined in January. I'm now down 12.6 in 17 weeks. WW says that's fine as long as you don't dip too far below .5/week or too much over 2 lb/week - I'm at .74+/week. Just SLOW!!! Total on WW since originally joining is 23.6 (at one time I had been down as much as 36.8, but life derailed)
The worst part was feeling naseous alot. I do have a really strong stomach normally. But I think all those fruits & veggies, with nothing really substantial to absorb all the water I drink, made me feel sick. I did end up losing, so I will try doing Core again - just not over Memorial Day weekend.



You are going to beat me to goal at this rate!
So I was up 1.2 yesterday. I gained almost I lost the previous week by doing Core. I think I have hit my rock bottom of sorts. I am angry now, which is good! I am going back to Core until I lose these last stubborn 7 lbs. or so! I have been at this plateau since last July for goodness sake! It would also be nice to hit goal before we leave for Ocean City at the end of the month.
I did also forget to WI on Monday, due to the Holiday, so I did WI on Tuesday and was down 2 lbs! Now I'm nearer my 'safe zone'.
