WW Weekly Weigh-in

Down 2.2 this week! This is the biggest loss since the first week I rejoined in January. I'm now down 12.6 in 17 weeks. WW says that's fine as long as you don't dip too far below .5/week or too much over 2 lb/week - I'm at .74+/week. Just SLOW!!! Total on WW since originally joining is 23.6 (at one time I had been down as much as 36.8, but life derailed)
 
I finally lost a big chunk this week! Down 6.8 lbs! Yay!! I've been on WW twelve weeks and had only lost a sum total of 4 lbs. I kept going up and down. I hope this big loss this week will jumpstart me. I also joined the 100 day cheatfree challenge and am on day 2.
 
UrsulasShadow - thanks for the suggestions! I will use them when I try Core again.

DisneyFanz04 - Core was so hard for me! Even with cheating a bit. :blush: The worst part was feeling naseous alot. I do have a really strong stomach normally. But I think all those fruits & veggies, with nothing really substantial to absorb all the water I drink, made me feel sick. I did end up losing, so I will try doing Core again - just not over Memorial Day weekend. ;)

I am attempting to do a core/points thing this week. I am trying to eat mostly core foods, but count the points for them. I am going to the lake this weekend and I know there is no way I can survive on strictly core up there.
 
Well I'm only down 1.6 lb this week. Funny thing is that I was actually very good this week and ended up with such a small loss! Any other time I eat anything I want til Monday and then lose at least 2 lbs a week. Back to my old ways I guess! LOL! I am down a total of 24.2 lbs in 10 weeks. I have to go to 30 lb before my upcoming Disney trip and I will be happy. Good luck everyone!
 

Thanks and congrats to all you. You are soooo motivating for me. I'm only down 0.2 this week, but I tracked every single thing I ate this week, and I don't know the last time I did that. I used all my flex points plus 18, so I'm lucky I didn't gain.

Kim, I so understand the maintenance thing. I've been up and down 2-3 pounds since january, and know if I give up, I'll be up 25 in no time. Hang in there.

I lost 1.6 this week, which I was kinda shocked about...last night I used 12 FP for a WHOLE pint of Low Fat Ben & Jerry's Half Baked ice cream...it was sooooo good!!! Anyway, back to tracking & exercising!!!

ETA: THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT LOSS PUTS ME AT HALFWAY TO GOAL!!!!!! :woohoo:
 
Well, I have been reading your posts trying to ge motivated. So I went to my firt weight watchers meeting finally yesterday. I started today. I'll let you know how I do. Thanks for all your wonderful posts to get me motivated! :wave2:

Well, I am going to start at it again. I started in February and had a good start and have gotten said tracked! I am going on a cruise in December and really want to be in as good of shape as possible!

Well, I went back to points this week and had an 'incident' with a bag of baked cheetos. :rolleyes1 So I was up 1.2 yesterday. I gained almost I lost the previous week by doing Core. I think I have hit my rock bottom of sorts. I am angry now, which is good! I am going back to Core until I lose these last stubborn 7 lbs. or so! I have been at this plateau since last July for goodness sake! It would also be nice to hit goal before we leave for Ocean City at the end of the month. :bounce:

Bring on the torture that is Core (for me anyway)! :banana:

Weighed in today and down 1.8 for total 19.8, which is my lowest since I joined 9 months ago. It is all due to the Disboards. I've been obsessed with learning all I can about Disney, and since I discovered the WISH section, I've been so much more motivated to tracking and walking.

OMGosh it's Thursday and I forgot to check in! :rolleyes: I did also forget to WI on Monday, due to the Holiday, so I did WI on Tuesday and was down 2 lbs! Now I'm nearer my 'safe zone'. :goodvibes I won't be doing WI next week since I'll be in WDW!!!!! :yay: :woohoo: :wave:

Hey all...Congrats on the loses and welcome to the new losers!!! I weighed in on wednesday like usual just getting a chance to post now though. Down 1.8 lbs this week for a total of 23.6 in 10 weeks...My disney trip is now just 23 days away so I'm still hoping to make it to 25 lbs before then or a little more...
 
WI today and I was only down 1 lb but that brought me up to a total of 25.2 in 11 weeks! I need to change my clippie now!
