I wrapped 3 pressies up last night and finished my secret Dis cards :thumbsup2

We exchanged Christmas presents with our friends from Menorca at the weekend who will not be home for Christmas. So now I have two presents looking at me that I am not allowed to open for over a month

Thanks for reassuring me that I am not alone in my desperation to open them :rotfl:

Anytime, in fact if I was sitting next to you, they would have been opened by now. I am such a big kid when it comes to Christmas. Still get a selection box :teeth:

I was given my first Christmas pressie this morning too, which was a lovely surprise, I've had a good feel, but I can't figure out what it could be, but I'm really good - I can hang on till Christmas Day to open it (though I won't be quite so controlled when my Secret Santa pressie arrives).

I was hoping to finish my wrapping up today, but I ran out of wrapping paper. I've only got hubby's pressies to wrap up and I don't think he'd appreciate Princesses wrapping paper :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Mandy :)

Me too! I have all those things, and selection box is always at the top of my Christmas wishlist! No wonder people call me cheap..... :rotfl:

I too like this thread; it gets me in a christmassy mood as well! :santa: The only downside is that it reminds me to do my christmas list, which I still haven't done yet!!

I have a stocking too, and I also get selection boxes too. And I have an advent calender each year as well as getting a calender to go on my wall (this years one was a Thomas the Tank Engine one we got at the national railway museum ~ why not?? :rotfl2: ). This year I am going to get either a Doctor Who Advent calender, Pirates of the caribean or a Simpsons one. I think the contest is mainly out of the other 2 though as I have always had a simpsons one or a dairy milk. :)

thats just poor organisation babe :lmao: :lmao:

I bought some Christmas lights, cards, & wrapping paper on Saturday plus my first gift on EBay last night but I still don't feel in the Christmas mood. I think it is because they haven't shown the Christmas Coca Cola advert yet, "The Holidays are coming..."

It said in the Metro a survey had been done and that was most peoples "symbol" of the beginning of Christmas.

I love the Coca Cola advert too.. :)

People in Ireland get one EVERY year. My Brother's GF said to me about it and I had no clue. Why can we have them??

Who me ?? Badly organised :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I fancy a Maltesers advent calendar this year :thumbsup2 and I love the Coca-cola advert too, though the Morrison's one with Santa buying the carrots for his reindeer (who are parked in the car park) is a great one too, as is the Woolworths one with Woolie getting wrapped up as a pressie :thumbsup2 ~ oh blooming heck, I love all the Crimbo adverts :rotfl:

My sister always says that Coke advert marks the start of Christmas too. I am busy scanning the adverts for this, as Andy has agreed to let me watch my Santa Clause DVDs once I've seen it!

Can I get a "No Duh" Here? :rotfl2:

I love christmas adverts too. The sainsbury's one is cool too as they make it all look like a christmas carol. It's my favorite christmas story of all time, espicially when told by the muppets! :rotfl:

Looking forward to seeing the new Coca-Cola one ~ When that comes on the television you know for sure that Christmas is just around the corner :)
