Stacie - Great job on the PR!
Martha - Congratulations on running outside. And good luck sleeping in tomorrow. I'm trying for the same thing - am explaining to the dog that she really does NOT need to go out as early as she thinks.
Vicki - Glad you're enjoying Singapore. The SEF trail doesn't sound like much fun!
Vic - Sorry...
Even though we're Indy fans, we were still pulling for Dale Jr.
DH ran with me yesterday for the first time on a LR. We both finished 10 miles, but ended up walking the last two. My right ankle started hurting like the other one did right before I had the stress fracture, so I thought it might be wise to stop running and take it easy. I'm planning to stay off it for a few days and see how it feels. Apparently I'm not meant to increase mid-week mileage; every time I do I end up injured.

Keep in touch.
and
!! I have not had the pleasure of meeting your husband, but judging by what Cam and Howard have to say about him, he must be quite the guy!
A BIG thanks to you and your family (especially Mel) for getting those shirt orders out for those of us eager to own our first WISH wear! Right about now, I'd be happy to go for a run when it's a little too hot out....
I'm hoping the neck is better soon, too. Sorry to hear about your flu epidemic. I saw on the news yesterday that because the flu vaccine is put together almost a year in advance, this year a new strain of the flu popped up that wasn't expected, so the vaccine only helped about 50% instead of the usual 80%. Personally, I would rather get the vaccine than have no protection--I hate the flu!
You're kidding me right??? I could not believe this! I was so mad!!!
Where is the "I'm so mad I could spit" smilie??? I just started crying. All the trouble and time it took me to find shoes and now these are all messed up! I don't have the $$$ to go buy new ones, but I don't really want to put these on my feet again! I hate to throw them in the washer because I'm afraid it will mess them up. The last time I did that on a pair of athletic shoes, the rubbed my heal weird... Ugh! We DON"T have any cats!!! Yes, this is partly my fault, I left MY shoes on MY porch, but the cat is NOT mine. We continually have these random cats at our house. When get home from work and we pull in and at least 1 cat per day scatters from under the porch or beside the garage... Our neighbors a few houses down have cats. The continue to procreate and they do nothing about it. The neighbor people say they are not their cats...they just feed them! If you feed them...they are YOURS!!! ugh! Matt so graciously took out the laces and sprayed them w/ febreeze, but they smell to high-heaven.
I'm going to have to try to clean them somehow, but honestly, I don't want to put those things back on my feet...

I love the typing story!
