Who will be watching Emily Maynard the Bachelorette? No Spoilers PLEASE

Um he dated his cousin?

Ryan is really dropping down the leader board, isn't he. He's creeping me out with his "don't get fat or I won't love on you" and stalker type personality.

She doesn't seem to be the type to give it out just because maybe she'll sent them both home. I missed the middle though what did Stevie do?

He danced. he was all about himself dancing to show off. I think it showed he just liked to be center stage. Not much room for Emily & Rikki then, to share the stage with him, so to speak. I think Emily's gal pals told her that.

Why in God's name are Kalon's lips so red and shiny??

I think he puts on more makeup than Emily... :rolleyes1

Yep, they have to keep the "drama" guys, and it looks like Ryan and Helicopter boy are IT.

Stevie was always kind of creepy to me but there are a long list of creepy dudes here, some I have no idea who they are...

Where's Sean again... ;)

His lips look like botox gone wrong.

You are correct. I've watched every single season of this trainwreck and there has to be drama. Ryan and Katelyn are it.

He is creepy and I agree with whoever said no grown man should call himself Stevie.:sad2:

He certainly made quite an impression on Emily's friend Wendy and some of us ladies here...:thumbsup2

I get the not wanting someone to sit around being lazy and grow fat, thing. He's a pro sports trainer. Fitness, movement, being healthy & having vitality are important values to him. He wants someone who has the same values. It's less about the looks really than her mentality and being on the same page. Like if a guy said he wants a wife who is Catholic like him., we wouldn't be having problems about that. Ryan did clarify that if she LET herself go, he'd have a problem with it. Not, like if she got sick and gained weight. The first has to do her own values & mentality. The second is circumstances.

Now, the stalkerish vibe, yeah, that is showing up a lot more. Emily wanted to see he interacts with kids, and he had to come over and talk to her instead. I felt that was off. That was about him scoring points with her, than doing it by showing how he is with kids - which is extremely important to her.

Last week, I gave him the benefit if the doubt, that maybe he HAD to write the letter or a PA wrote it for him, so she could real it on camera. Remember the gal who kept making scrapbooks for Ben, and we know she didn't really sit around cutting and pasting all those perfect pics for him?

I think that was why Emily read the letter out loud instead of tucking it away when she saw it was so long. BUT, the fact that Ryan wrote 7 pages, that's a bit much. It does have a stalkerish vibe to it, or he's really trying to compete. "Hey Emily, look at me, I wrote you 7 pages of how I fee for you. Any of the other guys would only write you 3 pages. :p

I'm losing my crush on Ryan. Not a good thing to tell a woman that he will love her conditionally. :rolleyes1

Never had a crush on helicopter guy, his snotty face is the biggest turn off since that "MODEL" who got hooked up with Ben. His days are numbered. :snooty:

Ari is okay, just knows the right things to say. From kids to race car driver to hold my hand on the roller coaster... he's just too "right". AND he kind of reminds me of Jillian's creepy guy. :scared:

Now Sean, NEVER noticed him till tonight. He is my new crush...

Me too...he's getting weirder as the show progresses.
Ewww, Kalon is just creepy..

I love blond guys too....

Yeah, he said the right thing. I hope his Dad really did teach him well and that he didn't go around smacking all of them with a belt. :scared1: I wonder if Sean is Mormon? Did anyone see where he's from?
Sean is from Dallas, I believe.

I totally get that too, but I think he could have found a much better way of saying it. I don't remember now how that even came up in their conversation, but I think it would have come off a lot less harsh if HE had said it how YOU said it. "Fitness, movement, being healthy & having vitality are important values to me. I want someone who has the same values."

I don't really see anything off-putting about that. But how he said it, yeah, I would have been offended (like I was when one of my exes told me he would dump me if I ever gained 20 pounds *I was underweight and borderline anorexic when he said it*)

Mr. Fitness picked the wrong time and the wrong audience to say what he said.
Had he said it in a one-on-one conversation with Emily and explained himself it might have gone over better.
Who's to say that he will always be fit? He could get sick or injured and not be able to keep himself in the shape he is in now. I liked him up until he was so foolish with his words.

Sorry, I think he was back pedalling a bit when the women reacted to his remark but the underlying deal is he pointed out that his love was conditional. I wouldn't want to be with ANYONE who put conditions on love because they reflect many things, not just "fitness". If you hook up with a visual person and you don't remain what is his "ideal" ... and face it, that ideal disappears with age, a baby, and a biscuit... his eyes will find his ideal elsewhere.

NO WAY would I want to be with a jerk like that. Been there, DONE that. :sad2:

::yes:: I saw this AFTER what I posted. ;)

My Mom gained a lot of weight during my parents 60 years of marriage. When she passed away all my Dad talked about was how BEAUTIFUL she was. He loved her UNconditionally. And mind you, my Dad was the same weight his entire lifte. Love is bigger than what you see.

Love is way bigger than a waist size.

My review of last night's episode:

Sean, Sean, and more Sean. With a shirt, without a shirt...lots and lots of Sean.
