I did my pilates and power walked on TM for an hour (4.2 MPH, so I guess that means I walked about 4 miles.) Then I blew it and went out to eat. Didn't eat much, but what I ate was very salty, soooo....SHUE BF! Go away! Going to Cedar Point for the weekend and should get a fair amount of walking done there.
