Where do you live and when does the weather

I live in Alabama. It has been in the high 60s and 70s all week. I love the spring.

Except for the Alabama part, that's a ditto. I'm here in Crestview FL which is in the panhandle. Weather has been perfect! Wish it could stay this way all year! :cloud9:

It always warms up her in the PNW right after the fourth of july.

We get a few hot days before then, but you can't count on it.

We can have snow up until the first of May or so--not covering the ground, but flurries. I have basically lived in the same part of the country most of my life--grew up in the Chicago area, went to university in Columbus, Ohio, and now live in Indianapolis. I remember one of the most horrendous snow storms occurred the first of April. It was a deep, heavy, sleety snow, and it brought trees down. I remember when it was because I was a third year medical student, and that weekend we started our Ob/Gyn rotation. So, of course, I had to go out driving in it about 5 am or so. I was lucky, though. Got there safely, and I am still alive to tell about it.

It has been cold here in S. Jersey, they say we might have a few days of warm weather, but it will get cold again. Maybe some better temps in April/May! :sunny:

No ice storms this year! :cheer2:

Today is suppose to be around 80. I'm going to finish cleaning out my flowers beds.

Our weather is already warmer, usually once March hits the temps start to climb. We were in the 50's yesterday and are supposed to get that warm again today. We are expecting some snow on Sunday and 30's for temps but the nice thing about March snow is that it never sticks around very long. We usually get a bad snowstorm this time of year during the State High School tournaments (hockey, basketball, etc.). We will have an occasional cold day for the next month or so but for the most part our temps will be in the 40's-60's.

After growing up in Michigan (where we did easter egg hunts inside) probably the only thing I like about Kansas City is that you are usually through the worst of winter by the beginning of March! It is back to watching the weather to see if we have to wear winter or spring jackets every day.

My DD and DS have birthdays toward the end of April and the leaves are usually on the trees. My DS's Birthday is in mid april and we wear long sleeves but no coats, and by the end of April with DD's birthday, we are on year 8 and have ALWAYS worn shorts on her birthday!!!!

I'm in Delaware, very very warm and windy today.

Usually March is our warm month.

Isn't it supposed to be like 70 degrees there today?

Here on LI it is supposed to get to the mid 60's today and stay in the high 50's until Tuesday. Then it will get cold again. We won't have consistently warm weather until mid May.

We live in Central MA, although we've had an extremely mild winter, there are still some traces of snow in my yard. It usually starts to warm up around here about mid April. Can't wait!!
