When & Where Do Park/Event Schedules

turn up? We're going to be "Home" in October which I realize is far, far away, but I don't know when I should be able to find the park hours and schedules for things like Fantasmic etc.

Any advice appreciated!

Disneyworld.com usually posts those items about 2-3 months prior. I believe the park hours are based upon anticipated volume. I.e. The longer the hours, the more visitors they expect.

October is a great time to go. It traditionally has had the Epcot Food + wine festival and MK's Mickeys not so scary halloween party. Best wishes.

One more thing, the halloween tickets usually go on sale in April/May. I suggest buying them early.

I'd like to respectfully correct what CapeCodFam said above. It used to be that hours were posted a few months in advance, but beginning last fall, Disney has been posting park hours and EMH six months in advance.

So look for October hours around April 1. Of course, hours and EMH could change between April and October, but at least you'll have a good idea.
