What information is required for ME?

Can anyone please tell me what information will be required when I book Magical Express for my friends who will arrive before we do. I guess it will be their flight number and time? Anything else?

When is the best time to book. We have six months to go.

I have done it for relatives/friends on line through DVC's web site and it's worked fine each time. The names, dates, DVC reservation numbers, flight number, airline and city the plane is arriving from are the questions that I remember answering. I have always e-mailed the info aobut 1 1/2 months ahead of time, and they got their tages, and pertinent info about 3 weeks before the trip.
