What are the yearly fees?

Hi there, we are considering buying into the DVC down the road. other than the point purchases, what are the yearly fees? Do they have resort maintenance fees like regular timeshare resorts? Just planning on what we will have to save to afford this purchase in a few years.......thanks

Yes, there are annual dues, which include maintenance, taxes, insurance, etc. If I did that right, below is a link to a thread which explains.

The yearly fees are based on a per point cost. Here is a (Link) that shows the per point cost and their history.
