TC...go for it in giving things away!! I'm giving away a couch this weekend! Well, the recipeint happens to be the local landfill!! I want to do a yard sale during spring break but i'm half tempted to put it all out for the homeless shelter and not bother with the yard sale! I could use the money, but I'm not sure I'm up for doing all the work!!

Nancy....yeah!! on booking the room!! congrats!! I'm excited, I finally have $4 on my Disney rewards visa card I didn't realize how hard you had to work to get any money on that thing!!

Okay, i'm off to do some work...I just took more meds...so I should perk up in a few minutes!! I am going to go bowling tonight...i just won't be doing the high fives with folks tonight!! hehe

Kristy, so nice to see you again! Yep, still enjoying the domestic life. I couldn't imagine doing it any other way now How have things with you been lately?

Doing pretty good. First half of the year has been a rollercoaster for us. Work is crazy, I put school on the backburner since we were trying to have a little one. Things with that went way down the tube in early January. We did what we could but it wasn't enough. So, if all goes well with some upcoming appointments we'll be starting IVF in late May. If not...we'll look to the next options.

I heard you guys had chocolate and DP so I had to stop by. I do missing chatting you guys but I didnt always have time for a decent ketchup and I didnt want to just talk about myself all the time (though I do have a few cult members who enjoy that!)

My kiddo's are growing like weeds. Michael is 18 and graduating in May so we have been applying to colleges and stuff like that. He may go local his first year but he is determined to go out of state at some point.

Matthew is 15 (16 in may) and has his first serious girlfriend.

Evan just turned 6 and will start Kindergarten in the fall as michael starts college. His eye is doing great with his glasses (he has a lazy eye) and his speech is getting much better.

Connor is 3 (4 in April) he will go to mothers day out in the fall. He is growing so fast, My baby is not supposed to grow so fast!

Hi all.....dreary day here- trying to get the house cleaned.
Stepped on the scales this morning - couldn't aviod it any longer.....harsh reality - no more denial - I'm in a good frame of mind about this - hope it holds.

My DH woke me up at 6"15 this morning to tell me to come see the "Tom" in the back yard - first time seeing the male turkey - there he was just strutting his stuff back and fortn in front of the lady turkeys - I almost felt like a voyeur!!

Talked to Alyssa today - she said she had a hard time making herself get out of bed today - she sounded very homesick and very sad....can't wit to see her on Friday.

Bike was bought. A white, silver and black 24" 21-speed Mongoose mountain bike. (that's a mouthful! LOL) Dinner was yummy!!

Nancy, we aren't sure what he did to his finger. One day he came home from school and his finger was swollen and bruised. We thought maybe he jammed it (he's done it a few times before) but then Friday after playing volleyball in gym, his cuticle area just gushed blood and pus and it was infected. Its really weird.

Well since everybody else is doing it.....I must succumb to the peer pressure and say

Lots going on here....job hunting, house selling and house buying....it is simply exhausting here...but for the most part all is well.

Glad to see that everybody is as chatty as ever and that things seem to be going well for all of you. I will work on stopping by a bit more often as time allows. I can't believe just how busy life has become.

Hope those that are feeling icky, busy and the like get to feeling better.

Nancy, we had steaks and garlic butter corn for supper. Easy & quick. Oh and I love thunderstorms too... but NOT when they spawn tornados. This system did that in several places. The joy of tornado season
