Thanks for all of the snack ideas. I'm pretty boring when it comes to snacks & all I ever eat are a few almonds. Almonds are supposed to be good for you though

The presliced apples are a good idea too, I hate cutting up fruit which is why I never eat it.
I actually did pretty good yesterday. Lots of exercise, lots of water & ate really healthy. I was proud of myself because I never drink water & I usually eat on the run so I don't always make the best choices.
Keli-glad you are going to join the exercise challenge. It's kind of fun keeping track of minutes, I've never done that before now. I think it pushes me a little bit harder so that I can reach that end #

I saw something on MSN.com yesterday about "the Secret" and just quickly read through it. Seemed like an interesting concept.
Okay, so this is a really crazy idea...I was sitting at work yesterday thinking about which diet is really the best & healthiest way to lose weight. Then I remembered that my old boss did a fast that consisted of water, lemons, syrup & cayan pepper for 14 days and lost about 28 pounds. I love food so I don't think I can actually do this, but as I started reading about it, I read that Beyonce Knowles did this diet for her role in Dreamgirls & she did it for 10 days at lost 20 pounds. Has anyone ever tried this? I'm just curious about it, don't think I would do it, but it is supposed to help cleanse the body. I'm sure the weight you lose is primarily water weight, so you probably gain a lot back. Just curious how you can eat nothing & survive without being absolutely famished....
