Where In The World 21. We are now completely legal!!!

ME TOO...especially when they sent pictures from The Cake Box of their dinner...and desserts....as I was eating my peanut butter/jelly sandwich for dinner! :rotfl2: It's their annual summer getaway while Allie has a break and Katie's worked out a week off from her job. They're not doing as much travel as last summer but Allie has a full June. This week at DW; next week she's visiting her high school best friend in Alabama; the next week she and Sara are going back to Las Vegas. She'll be in Melbourne a week before Sara returns to drive home with her for her month of July visit here. Katie's sorta "stuck at home" :rotfl: like we are for at least June/July because of her job but she's got some fun plans ahead in August.

I can't believe I never hit "post reply" earlier! :faint: Here's the crop I got together....

start with park?

what resort is that, Boardwalk?

Yes....they haven't stayed at Boardwalk in years and, since the girls are young adults now, the favorite parks of Epcot and HS take priority. Skyliner, boat and the ability to walk to both parks make it a good place to stay. They used the Beach Club, maybe last year, and love that area so when Boardwalk was available they grabbed it. Plus the fact that they love The Cake Bake Shop. I came really close to booking Boardwalk Inn for my solo trip but, as I get older :rolleyes1, it's hard for me to spend the extra money to stay there when the POP serves the same purpose. :goodvibes DVC is "paying off" big time! If you and Emily are still considering it, and can afford it, I'd get started on it ASAP. It's been really nice for them the past few years since they're more flexible with vacation time than when the girls were in school. Much easier to work around college schedules! 😉:tink:

Never heard of the Cake Bake Shop.

Is it a restaurant or bakery? Sit down or quick service?

They have both...sit down restaurant and bakery. They haven't used the bakery unless they did this morning for breakfast. Mostly salads and sandwiches; it's SO pretty and she said CM's are really friendly.
