What a great thread. I wish I was going to Disney this Sept so I could join in. I started The Best Life "Diet" on January 21 I have lost 25lbs with about 15lbs more to go. It has been a long road with a lot of hard work. I have slipped up, went out of town twice and was not on my best behavior at the dinner table. But I have been trying to eat healthy and work out 4-6 times a week for an hour. I have three kids doing lots of activities, I work part time and my husband is a firefighter and works 24 hour shifts. It has been hard to pull myself away from the family to exercise, but I know in the long run I will live longer and better. BOTH of my sisters are very sick one has MS and the other cancer stage 3b. My sister with MS, lost 60 lbs about 6 years ago and has kept it off. Her doctor told her that her being fit has really helped her. I just want to tell all of you good luck and keep up the good work!!!!!
Thank you for stopping by to say hi. Feel free to stop by whenever you want.

My grandmother had MS and both of my parents are diabetic & I have vowed to learn to eat healthy to improve my health. My grandmother died at 59 and my dad is 50 and is in really bad health. I don't want to be in that same situation because to me 50 is really young. Anyway, I'm totally rambling, but I think that it is awesome that you have worked so hard to lose the weight, exercise & raise 3 kids. Keep it up!!!
