I hope you are all having a great week. I probably won't get to be online much this week because work is really busy. We are close to graduation for the students so I am pretty busy from the time I'm here until I leave at night...I just had to sneak here really quick so that I could say Hi & I miss you all :)

I'll try to post as much as I can, but I'll be back & ready to chat as soon as we get through this crazy week.

I am back from WDW. I cheated three times, but I stayed the same on the scale. I had a night full of margaritas, and one night that included fried chicken and a half of a biscut, and a "Tommy bahama mama" at Ohana bar yesterday. (I am doing low carb) Other than that, I was a good girl. I kicked myself out of kitosis by having the margaritas, but am back on the plan full throddle now.

We had a very stressful trip, and I will post more about that later... but just wanted to check in and tell you all how the diet went at WDW.

How is everyone doing. Eating wise so far it has been a good day. I just got home from my 30 min elliptical workout too. I have been failing miserably at my water today though.

Tonight I will push more water ! How is everyone else doing this week ?

I am doing OK with exercise, been going on a walk with the family each night after dinner. My water intake is not good though. I dont know why... I just cant stand water! I thought that maybe after drinking it for a week or so Id get use to it but NO DICE! Still having a hard time with it.:confused3 I'll keep trying I suppose.:rolleyes:
 
I still feel like kaka. Hahahaha. Seriously, my entire body is ACHING and I did just 20 minutes on the elliptical today and I thought I'd die!!!

Water-wise, I'm doing good. I did slip up and have graham crackers with milk earlier- but oooh, they were good.
 
Pru - Just be careful you don't push yourself too hard since you're not feeling well. You don't want to overdo it ! Keep yourself really hydrated !

Hey, how many of you are paying for your trip outright? How many of you are charging? I'd really like to pay everything in cash, basically, but I'm afraid we're going to have to use a credit card :S That's stressing me out too- money always stresses me out!
 
Well, so far mine has all been paid in cash. I am just paying a little bit here and there as we go. I think I only have about 250 left on it which I should have paid off here in the next few weeks.

We are also going again in Feb as a family ( this trip is just Austin and I) and I would also like to pay for that one in cash as well.

I have learned the hard way with credit cards and go overboard with things I don't even need. So, our cards have gone bye-bye !

Farrah - Glad you knw who it was. I wasn't sure you would know !!
 
Hey y'all!

I wish I had checked in earlier today... you've motivated me to get off the couch and actually get down to the gym. My goal is to get there every other day but I really don't feel like going on the second day. I'm enjoying my days off too much LOL!! So now I do feel like going but it's already 8:30pm. Monday I didn't drag myself out of the house to get to the gym until 9pm, and then I was good and did 5K on the treadmill!! I was so proud of myself. Took my 45 minutes :guilty: , but then it again, it ONLY took me 45 min :cheer2: !! It was 3.1 miles!! I couldn't do that 2 months ago.

So I guess I should get off my tush and get some workout clothes on and head down there. I HATE workign out so late because I have trouble sleeping afterwards but at least my exercise gets down. BUT... I just did read this study that said if you don't get 8 hours of sleep you are more likely to stay overweight, too. balance, balance, balance....

I REALLY want to be down this Friday for weigh in day!!!

another great point... I find myself eating soo much less at meal time now! I can eat children's size portions and find myself full. LOL in between meals I'm still having trouble not snacking, esp in the afternoon...but I'm proud of myself for eating just enough and not too much :cheer2:
 
er.... so far we paid the deposit on the credit card...but then paid it off the following week. We still have the majority of our vacation to still pay, we have the money from our tax return but I am letting it sit in our account and get interest as long as possible LOL. I'm trying to figure out how much to budget for souvenirs because I don't want them all going on our credit card. I saw one discussion on this and soemone is doing $100/person/day. OMG! We certainly couldn't afford that! LOL I was thinking $200 total for our 6 days!!

and an FYI.. if you are at Target picking up your Pepsi and Bounty paper towels with the Target coupons, they also have tons of exercise stuff on sale. I wanted to buy a couple hand weights for myself but they were out of the size I wanted! i did buy one of those walking videos, I'm going to try to see if my son can walk with me in the morning before school. once we master the video, I'm going to give it to my mom... she's always wanted to do it but didn't wnat to buy it for herself.
 
Hey Im proud of you! I sure couldnt get off the couch at 8:30 and head to the gym...nope, Id be done for the night so GOOD FOR YOU! And riding over 3 miles in 45 minutes! Thats awsome!! My goal is to be able to ride my bike for more than 10 minutes without my legs hurting....I know, i know, isnt that awful:lmao: but soooo true!

We always pay for ours outright. I still take credit cards, just incase of an emergency-Yaknow like a mickey mouse cookie jar I just have to have LOL, J/K, We usally dont use credit cards on the trip though, just take them incase! I still owe like 650.00 on the trip, then have to come up with gas money (approx. 350.00 there and back), and OFCOURSE the funnist money of all SPENDING MONEY! I hope to take around 500.00-700.00 for spending (7 day stay) but well see about that:rolleyes:
