I totally agree!
Everyday that we get out and take extra steps that we wouldn't have before...
Everyday that we exercise
Everyday that we eat less fattening foods
Everyday that we eat more healthy foods
Everyday that we drink more water and less sodas
Everyday that we get ourselves back on track
Everyday that we are off track, but realize it and know that we want to be back on track
Every little baby step on our way to getting healthier is a
DAY TO BE PROUD OF!!
CELEBRATE EACH VICTORY!!
DON'T GIVE UP!!
I think the support of this board is a Wonderful motivating factor for me. I have NEVER done as well as I have since I started spending time on W.I.S.H. and I couldn't do it w/out all my W.I.S.H. friends
