'kay now, I'm going to be at WDW from Feb 15th (around 11am) through Feb 21st (around 4pm). Obviously, the stay is 6 nights.

Now Ultimate Hopper means I'll get park access for the length of my stay.

The question is:

Will I be able to enter the park from the 15th through the 21st (inclusive)?

or

I will only be able to enter the park from 15th through the 20th (since I'm checking out on the 21st).

Birmbaum's guide states the former but my travel agent states the latter.

I'm confuzzled.

TIA

15'th upon arrival through closing of the parks on the 21'st.

(Unless on a mutually agreed upon case by case basis you ask to have the first and/or last days deleted when you arrive.)

If the room is not ready you can still get your passes.

They are valid until midnight the day that you check out.

The two previous posters are right of course, but don't imagine you're getting anything for free. You PAY for having the pass good on your checkout day. If the pass is part of a package, I don't think there's anything you can do about it. But if you're buying the UHP's separately at checkin, you can ask that the first and/or last day of your stay be left off the pass, saving some money, if you don't plan to be in the parks on those days.

Yes, they're good through you check out day. That's why we get a late flight out- we can stay in the parks that day until early evening. I would be very sad if my departure day didn't include a park!

Well, that's great then because I really want to be at the park until the very last second.

It's my first vacation with my daughter ever. My first vacation in 6 years. My last vacation for the next 2 years.

I hope you and your daughter have a GREAT time. Don't forget to see the WISHES fireworks at MK. It will be a magical moment for you and your daughter.:wizard:

Are you planning on going to Disney Quest or Pleasure Island? If not, you are better off with a 7 day hopper, it is cheaper. Also, if your plans change at all and you end up not in a park one day:( that day is good forever, not lost forever as it is with a UPH. The 6 night/7 day is $346.13 on arrival or 333.35 in advance. You can get a 7 day hopper with 4 pluses (water parks) for $301 and it comes with a free character breakfast voucher if you order through Paramount. (There is a $15 shipping fee per order)

Just a thought

I already paid for everything since more than a month ago. Quite unfortunately I've bought everything before discovering DIS.

Besides, for sure I won't be going to Pleasure Island. I'm sure that all those days won't be enough to do everything that's offered by those parks.

I want to take my time, let my daughter enjoy what she wants to enjoy. So if that means lining up for 1 hour for Dumbo, spending (say) the entire day in a monorail, then so be it.

I never spoilt my daughter, ever, and for that week, whatever she wants, she'll get.

After all, I'm spending close to CAD$50 ( including tax and gratuity) just for "bacon and eggs" for Cindy's Breakfast whereas in Canada, all you can eat bacon and eggs breakky is no more than CAD$10. LOL :teeth:

This is going to be the silliest (in a fun way) vacation I'll ever have.

hmmm... gotta stop rambling now.

next stop... visiting my mother land... Australia!

You will be getting so much more than just bacon and eggs at CRT. And I don't remember bacon. Sausage, yes, but not bacon. But then I remember most of all the cheese stuffed danish covered with cooked apples or blueberries (depends on the time of year, could even be something else) or nothing at all. All the juice you care to drink, coffee, scrambled eggs, pastries (including croissants, muffins, etc), fruit. And PRINCESSES!!! Maybe even Prince Charming. And the Fairy Godmother.

You and your daughter will have a great time.

Hi FatCow,

CRT is probably one of the best breakfasts in WDW. It isn't worth $50, but the food is of generally high quality, in large amounts, and everyone is very friendly. The ratio of characters to guests is very low, too, so you'll get lots of face time with the princesses.

And if your daughter is willing to ride Disney transportation for an entire day, I think we may have a job for her at the Unofficial Guide when she gets older. Especially if she's a strong "type-A" personality and good at math.

Have a great time on your vacation!

Len

P.S. Good tip, InstImpres.

I do that many times when I go to Disney. I can spend the better part of a day riding the bus to MK, then ferryboat to TTC, then the monorail to Epcot & back, bus to WL, boat to FW, boat back to MK, etc etc. It's a fun cheap way to spend a day. :hyper:
