Sometimes their system is so glitch. Can you possibly call your payment in?

Sometimes if you use a different browser, you have more success. I've received that message using Internet Explorer and logged on with Firefox or Chrome and been able to access the payment option.

yeah, I've tried all three. Evidently they just can't do early morning payments.
