Touring a GV at SSR

We will be at BWV in 5 weeks and we are thinking we would like to go over and tour a GV at SSR. (We have one booked for June). Haven't seen one since we bought DVC 5 yrs ago. Should we call our guide or is there a time to just go check it out (like an open house?) TIA

There is an open house for current DVC members. You can call the sales center or ask at any of the DVC kiosks for the times and villa numbers. They have a lockoff 2BR and a GV to view. There is someone available to answer any questions you may have, but otherwise there is no sales presentation - just the villas available to check out.

Last time we were there the open house was in the evening and was located in the building by the Springs bus stop. I think it was from 5-7 or something like that. We also stopped in and took a look at the AKV models at the same time. The person there said he didn't have a lot of knowledge about them as his "real" job was van driver for those being transported to SSR from other locations to do the sales presentation and tour.

We toured the SSR GV in April. It was beautiful and well worth the time checking it out even though it is not our home resort!
