There is a coffee shop - it is right in the lobby adjacent to the check-in desk. It is called Rip Tides. You can also get the quick breakfast items; bagels, donuts, croissants, cereal & milk, yogurt, etc.. - there may even be Mickey donuts - I can't recall). This location has taken the place of Beaches & Cream which is no longer open for breakfast. You can also take the short walk over to the YC lobby - the lobby bar (sorry I can't remember the name) there also serves quick breakfast items & coffee. Boradwalk Bakery is also an option, as a previous post has offered.

We have been there on Memorial Day weekend for the last five or so years (our passes expire on Memorial Day - so that provides an excuse to be there). It is crowded - I really can't say it is any more difficult to get a chair at SAB than it is any other time - except maybe Thanksgiving. Crowds at the parks didn't seem to be too bad this year.
