DH and I were talking about that last weekend when I was telling him about the drive thru thread & Mr/Mrs. Smith's remarks.
I had to laugh about stuff I said I would never do when I became a parent.
From the ones I remember I think I only followed one of those "rules" The kids never knew who Barney was, except for being a dinosaur on their diapers

I had that rule too. Barney was and is forbidden in my home!!!

He drives me nuts


I tried banning teletubbies, but ds really liked them.

But that phase lasted about 2 months thank god

No, she kinda left the building when everyone started saying how stupid her post was..but people keep quoting it, so I keep reading it ....someone asked her if she was on crack..RE: the 24/7 comment...

Was it you that siad in her profile it said she was engaged? She must have changed it..no info in the profile anymore.

Which is what I would have done if I had said something that stupid.

What happened? I was going to quote you, it said invalid thread, then that's all it would say? I am certain it was the other guy, he talks just like the other poster, and even refers to him. he might as well just come out and say..that other guy isn't me.honest..

I was quoting someone else and when I hit post it said invalid thread. I was just getting warmed up too.

And they were so totally the same person. You could tell by the writing style.

I really wish the mods hadn't poofed it, I was having fun.

It was someone else. Though I just love how those without kids try to tell those who have them how to be a parent. Yes I tell my friend's kids what to do and order them around but I wouldn't tell their parents how to be a parent.

Some people got alot of nerve.
