I only read a couple of posts but she was getting slammed. I say "no touch" but like most of what I say it goes in one ear and out the other. DS5 pulled something out at the grocery during checkout that was suppose to be screwed in today. I did tell them to take a look at it

I always tell my kids not to touch. I swear #2DS gives me a look like this:

Yep mine too. They look at me like, "Are you talking to me?"

Which ones are Tagalongs?

I like thin mints and those coconut and caramel ones. You are not breaking your diet. You only break your diet if, you eat that stuff all the time. Everything in moderation.

Tagalongs are the ones that have peanutbutter and chocolate.

We are DONE with Girl Scout Cookies. Now I still have to get her car ready for the Powder Puff Derby this weekend. She's taking a block of wood with wheels...my job is to help her artfully cover the block of wood with cotton balls to make it a bunny....she's sooooooo gonna lose!

The 2 year old seems to think "don't touch" means "grab it and throw it".

I thought they always happened in the early springtime? I remember only being able to eat them on Sundays cause they would arrive during Lent & my family always gave up junk food for Lent.

DH just bought some GS cookies at work. He works in No NJ though. He is sooooo not use to woking in an office, people selling stuff, office pools, Christmas exchanges, singing Happy Birthday etc.

He recently swtiched jobs and he use to work out of our house or be on the road and corporate was in Ohio, so they never bothered him. I use to work in an office so now all I do now is

I don't do beer either. Anything rum is good. Or wine. I'm a cheap drunk if there is wine.

My children are currently locked out of the room. I greeted my husband at the door with, "Tag. You're IT." and walked away. There is muffled screaming coming from the other side of the door. I'm pretty sure it is from the boys and not DH, so I refuse to move.

I'm told that some day I will look back on all this and laugh.

I'm just hoping that it is not a hysterical laughter from a padded cell.

I don't think that will happen till THEY have kids and your laughing because THEY are telling YOU how little Billy did __________ and can YOU believe that he would think that I (your child the now parent) wouldn't realize that that child was trying to pull one over on them.

I have threatened my in-laws that when DD5 & DS6 hit 11 & 12 they are coming to live with them and I will be the one visiting The in-laws live 1 mile down the road so I could eat dinner there with them every night

Today is going to be another crazy in and out day. I will be up at the school most of my day. Pray that Mommom and DS5 make those mim muffins successfully or I will be running to the store later to make trail mix

Oh for the love of all things holy. Are my kids trying to make me a LOSER this week?
Sunday night it was DD up coughing at 1am and now last night #2DS woke me up crying at 4am cause he didn't want to watch the "stupid" show (Gullah Gullah Island) on Noggin (Yes my kids have tvs in their rooms). Well sorry kiddo that it can't be 24hr Franklin & Little Bear. You should be lucky that Noggin went 24hr. with Nick Jr. shows in the first place, though I have been cursing them for that from time to time.
So I had to get up and see if there was something else on. If anyone wants to know what's on a 4am for kids (cartoon wise) the answer is NOTHING. I told him he had to deal with the "stupid" show till something esle came on & I crawled back into bed to the sounds of him crying on the monitor (makes me feel safer to hear things around the house when DH is gone). Don't worry it was one of those "I didn't get what I wanted" cries

Hopefully I can atleast get the laundry finished and folded today.

What?!?!?! That's news to me.

I thought that was the store clerks job!! Geez, here I was, going to the store to get 5 minutes of quiet time, and now yall let me know that I'm actually supposed to be responsible for my kids while I shop.
