Tinned soup? WOW!
DS wants pasta for dinner. I've got some bacon and some cream in the fridge. So I can always throw a pasta carbonara together.
I also got some minced beef from the market on Saturday morning and finally got the time to make a bolognaise sauce. If we don't eat it tonight, I can freeze it for another time.
Either option would be fine for DS and me.
It's DH that I need to worry about. He's vegetarian so both pasta sauce options are out of the question for him.
I was thinking of maybe going the Alfredo for him...just butter and parmesan. I just don't know how he'll cope with that. Actually, I just remembered that I bought some broccoli and green beans on Saturday. Maybe I'll do an Alfredo sauce with the greens. That might work!
