They took away our DVR with 13 programs still recorded on it. Thank god I had a spread sheet with all the programs, so now I am hunting and pecking through the guide looking for specific episodes that we are missing.

So does this mean the house is all empty now that the DVR is gone?

Huh? It means we are waiting for the guide to be repopulated (takes as long as two hours) and then we can put back all our programs. The problem is I have to find instances of already aired programs and try to get them so we can see them before we watch the new ones.

Yeah, at least we got a new remote and got to keep the old one, so now we're back to each having a "driver"

So far I've found two of the 13 programs when they are going to be rebroadcast. Luckily they are all Cable and not Network so they usually rebroadcast several times throughout the week.

That's nice about cable. Until you wish something new was on. Argh.
