Because of DS and school, I haven't planned anything past this summer. We'll see 2013 is plenty far out for lots of things to change and possibilities to appear.

I have my "Cheating with Harry" trip this Fall, we have just booked a trip with our friend for next May during Flower and Garden. We plan to visit during early December 2012 to see the Christmas decorations. and then with this 2013 that makes four trips!

That good you are using it. It would be a shame if all you did was overnights at the GCH to use up your points.

I would wish that I could do some overnights at VGC to use it up, so far just NYE, and one of three band weekends in Nov. we have all three booked, but will cancel two when we find out when we play. I also have a WL for September for Octoberfest, hoping it will come through.

I think we'll have enough points. I "played with my point charts today". I have a pretty good handle on how many points we think we'll use in my 2012 UY which is from Sept 2012 until Aug 2013. It seems I'll have quite a few points that will be banked into Sept 2013 through Aug 2014, so it will be good for a lot of people to want to use them. The only thing is that depending on the resort it may be more of a challenge to book the trip.

Dana mentioned WL (where I will have plenty of points) and no one mentioned SSR where I will also have plenty of points (as expected). BCV is where I may be shy and the best place to stay at F&W. However, depending on what we want to do for the meet up, maybe we should get a GV at AKV for a few days, that is if anyone likes to play pool! Fran could hide out in the bedroom and we could have one heck of a party! Who knows Bobbiwoz has a lot of points too so maybe we can find a place where she will be too. I've seen some pics of the Jambo house GV and they are AMAZING! I think as long as Fran has her own Master bedroom and bathroom to retreat to and perhaps we only have a few days of communal living things are cool. That doesn't mean that we don't have points to rent for adjoining studios and stuff, just that she likes her privacy, but we can talk via PM and we have plenty of time to plan!

Sounds interesting. BCV would be awesome. AKV sounds ok. WLV is little interest to me because WL is just like a poor Carbon Copy of the Old Faithful Inn. I've been to Old Faithful many, many times and really notice the WL details that are missing. But duplicating 100 year old construction is tough.

I really like POFQ and want to go back to see the new themed rooms.

And now that I'm thinking of it - Giselle - not sure if anyone ever explained twilight zone time on the Dis.

There is a time on the Dis that seems to correspond with 3 am Eastern time or midnight California time where the system seems to do it's daily stuff. Not being very technical, I'm guessing this is where it checks the hardware and software and goes through the files for back-up etc and anything else that the Dis might need to do. Every company in the world has a time set aside for this. On the Dis, it roughly takes about 20 - 30 minutes to do. During this time, the Dis runs really really slow and takes forever to post. I call this Twilight Zone time.

I stayed at POR in May 2010 and wouldn't mind heading back to both POR and POFQ to see the new themed rooms.

I also stayed at BCV in May 2010 and we loved it. AKV interests me; but it doesn't have that proximity to Epcot that the other resorts have. I haven't seen WLV; so I'm always happy to consider something new and different. But I must admit, its going to be hard to beat an Epcot resort purely on location.
