Does anybody have the fax number to fax over any requests?

If I call Disney to make the booking instead online, can I make the requests then or do I have to fax it in?

I have always made my requests when I make my reservation. I have never faxed in my requests, and my requests have always been given to me.
Now this might not always be the case for everyone, but it has always worked out for me!
I always request 4000 building, ground floor, pool side and have always gotten what I wanted!!

You can make the request when you make your reservation. Several of us fax over a "reminder" about 10 days prior. Check out Post #1 for the number as well as a link of a sample letter.

was your room a preferred room? what area was it in? thanks like you have a great time. staying my first time at POP in october:woohoo::yay:

No it was not a preferred room. It was in Building 6 in the 1970's, all the way at the back, lake view. It's the building with the Mickey phone in the front.

This was our 4th time at Pop - love it more every time! The refurbed room was just amazing!

can you be more elaborate with your bad time? We are arriving after midnight and I'dlike to be prepared.
Sorry, just replying now. Luggage was fine, 'bell' services was horrible tho. I should have stated that more clearly. We ordered from Garden Grocer and everything was in our room upon arrival, except our refrigerated items. I left them a message - no reply. Called again, they couldn't find them. They returned the 1st call, and said the front desk should know. :confused3 I gave up. Then, 6 days later, we placed another GG order, and I called BS about the delivery, and they said they had my refrigerated items (from last week, I told them)! He said there was no new GG delivery tho. We hung up. I then realized that BS never said they'd deliver our refrigerated items (from last week) so I called them back, and he said, "do you still want them?" Hello! Yes! He said they would be delivered. NEVER happened.

I'd also like to here thoughts on this as well, well be there soon and a family of 4 for 16 nights is a whole lotta clothes....
I definately recommend doing some loads of laundry. It will save you a Ton of packing! :thumbsup2 There were 3 of us for 11 nights, and I did 3 loads of laundry. Not bad at all. Sorry, your question was about the dresser tho. We were fine with it. DD took the top left drawer, I took the middle, and she & I used the bottom drawer to place our dirty clothes in until laundry time. DH took all 3 small drawers on the right, and placed his dirty clothes in his suitcase. Hope that helps. Have a great time!

Also wanted to thank Buckeye Gal and all contributors to this thread! It was invaluable to us on our 1st, but not last, POP stay! :thumbsup2

:thanks:

:disrocks:

could someone please confirm for me if the kid pick meal choices include a child size drink or do you need to pay seperately (if so how much?)

TIA

just staying 1 night at POP before switching to BLT so we'll be paying OOP for food on day 1 trying to determine a budget....

And that's why I always take clorox or similar wipes in my carry on so I can wipe out drawers before unpacking.

Yes they are.

So I did the on line check In last year, but I for got how I did It?:sad2:. So how are you signing up for It.?

How did the smaller dressers work !!???

We were really worried about the smaller dresser since we had 4 adults in the room. 3 people each had a drawer and we used the shelves under the TV and the top next to the TV for food, water bottles, sunscreen, etc. I kept my clothes on the shelf in the closet area - they were already sorted by outfit so it was easy to get them from there. We like to unpack and not live out of suitcases. We were there 6 nights - clothes for more days would have been more of a problem to store.

We put the suitcases in the closet area next to the sink as we didn't need to use them on a daily basis. I suppose you could also keep clothes in the suitcases in the closet area but that seems like it might be more of a hassle to get them out.

That's a great idea to wipe out the drawers. I will be doing that from now on!

We kept our dirty laundry in a plastic garbage bag we brought with us and put on the floor in the closet area. Then we just tie the bag and in the suitcase it goes - packing is a breeze that way!

When we plan to do laundry we use one of the flat folding mesh laundry hampers - lightweight and easy to pack, but also useful for toting laundry to the laundromat.
