We'll be staying at the Beach Club next week and would love to do this if it's offered! Does anyone else know about this? If we don't have an answer before next week, we'll definitely report back on what we find out (we'll also be live-tweeting all week, so if anyone wants live info/ pics on BC/ YC goings-on, click the link in my sig :goodvibes).

I don't know for sure but I haven't seen anybody on the beach in months doing yoga. I'll try to find out today and let you know.

Hi we have a club level room booked at BC and I was wondering if I'm allowed to bring breakfast items from lounge back to room to eat (I get up early but at least 1 of the kids will sleep late at the start of our holiday due to time difference). I wouldn't want to be embarressed if this isn't allowed (never stayed club level before). thanks for any help you can give:thumbsup2

It's fine to do that. Enjoy!

Robyn and Amanda, congratulations to you both on your extra trips!:cool1:

Yoga was discontinued quite a while ago now.

Yes - they have trays so you can bring items back to your room. We don't do it much at breakfast because we usually get ready, go to the lounge and eat and then head to the parks. However, last year (and this upcoming trip too) we had a deluxe club level room which is on a different floor then the CL lounge. Lots of times in the early evening I would be helping the kids get ready for dinner and DH and one of the kids would go up to the lounge and bring a small tray of appetizers (and DH would be a glass of wine) back to the room. No problem at all!

for anyone who stayed at YC and got room service, please write you experience. How long does it normally take to get breakfast delivered? If you got dinner how was it? Thank you

We are planning to go first week of December and might be staying at YC, Is there a Santa at the lobby during the time we are staying? Thanks

We've had room service at BCV quite a few times over the years. It's the same throughout the resort. Service is prompt and the food arrives hot. For breakfast, you can fill out a card the night before and mark the half hour in which you want delivery. It comes early in the half hour in our experience.

We stayed at the YC the first week of December this year. No Santa. Gorgeous decorations.:wizard:

Hi all. I just booked 2 rooms at the Beach Club for December 4th through the 11th. We were booked at the Boardwalk Inn, but switched after my kids begged to go back to the Beach Club. We had stayed at the Villas last September and fell in love with the place. Now, I'm panicking that they might be working on the pool since it's cooler in December. Does anyone know when Stormalong Bay has been rehabbed historically in the past?

Hello, this is going to sound like the dumbest question ever, but im staying at the BCV in september and was thinking it would be nice one morning to do room service breakfast, so im guessing you fill out the card and place it on the door? (kind of like other hotels and cruises?) also since ill be using the dining plan do i have to note that somewhere so they are prepared ahead of time?
Thanks for any help!

We decided, last minute, to add a night to our trip. We have March 15-18 booked club level at the YC, but were unable to get a room for March 14. So our TA booked us a standard at the BC. Here is my question. We want to be at MK early on March 15. Will we be able to check out of the BC and then check in to the YC and have them hold our bags? Im sure the answer is obvious, but Im a little slow....

For the past six years, Santa has been in the lobby of the Beach Club on Christmas Eve night.

In the last six years that I've worked there, the maintenance has always started in January. I can't ever remember it being done in December. I wouldn't worry.
