Howdy neighbor Congrats on 35 years. Holy cow! Dh and I will be married 17 years this June but you have us beat 2x plus. I too hope to meet Teena....but I know my family will think I am nuts. They already think I am nuts for spending so much time on the DIS. It is just a fabulous community with a common thread....I am going to be so giddy to actually *see* Teena in person. She is like a DIS rockstar

couple questions.. This July will be our first Trip in 2 years and we chose the YC (our first deluxe). We are use to QS for breakfast, but we are breakfast eaters. What are our breakfast choices? Also, we are use to having the refil cups for coffee, what is our best coffee option in the morning, other than the room? Thanks in advance !!

I was looking into booking a room for my conference in April. During the reservation process it just says Y&BC without specifying which resort. I didn't actually make the reservation yet but I'm not 100% certain that I can go. I don't have a huge preference but since I'll be child-free this trip, I think it would be nice to try the YC side. Is there a way to specify?

Just booked (and paid!) today. Will be arriving Beach Club on 27 MArch staying through 2 April. We had a trip planned last June and had to cancel because of my husband's deployment. He is coming home next week! And so we want to get to Disney and te Beach Club as fast as we can!
Teena, our Sunday the 28th will be our quiet resort day so will try to find you!

Just booked (and paid!) today. Will be arriving Beach Club on 27 MArch staying through 2 April. We had a trip planned last June and had to cancel because of my husband's deployment. He is coming home next week! And so we want to get to Disney and te Beach Club as fast as we can!

Amanda, my experience in this matter is that the conference has blocked rooms at both resorts for attendees. I would try to indicate a preference on your reservation but I would think it will all get down to what rooms have been taken so far. Had this happen to me at the S/D. Wanted to stay D, ended up S.

Hi Teena and other experts! This is all very impressive. Have 2 rooms booked at YC 3/19 - 3/22. One is std, one is water view. We don't require connecting or adjoining rooms but nearby would be nice. I think for the standard, our best bet is to request wedding gazebo view. Is that right? Do you have advice for what I should request for the water view room? Thank you in advance.

Has the YC updated their CL as the BC did last year? Also, does the YC CL have a coffee machine or coffee urn as they used to?

I'd request wedding gazebo view on both the standard and water view since they have both and ask to be near each other.
