I did it!I booked the conference in April. We'll be staying at YC 4/9-4/11. I'll be in conference all day on the 11th but we should get one good day at Epcot. I'm not sure yet when we'll be arriving on Friday so we may try to do a 2nd day at the parks or spend the afternoon at SAB.

Remember ... if you are at a conference there, you can purchase the half day tickets at a special convention rate. Just see one of our concierges.
Oooh! Thank you!!! That's awesome. Will you be there during that weekend?
Amanda
Yes.
Not sure about Saturday, but I'll definitely be there on Sunday ... at the Beach Club, in the lobby.
Okay - are you back?
Details, details!
Hope you had a magical trip!!!!!
Hello, this is going to sound like the dumbest question ever, but im staying at the BCV in september and was thinking it would be nice one morning to do room service breakfast, so im guessing you fill out the card and place it on the door? (kind of like other hotels and cruises?) also since ill be using the dining plan do i have to note that somewhere so they are prepared ahead of time?
Thanks for any help!

Just jumping on board as my Hubby and I will be staying at Beach Club for two days in May before our cruiseI am so excited to be trying this resort for the first time - we have previously stayed at Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge. It is getting me so excited to read everything on here
87 days and counting .......
Question for Beach Club Experts!
Getting ready to book a Garden View Club room at BC for the end of July. Is there anything we should request to have a chance a 'good' view? We always seem to get lousy views wherever we stay. We stayed at BC in January. Booked a water view and all we could see was the back of SAB, the spotlights and top of Swan/Dolphin.
Just wondering if there is anything I can add as a request or is all GVCL pretty views pretty blah. They have water view but it is $400 more and not sure it would be worth that much!
We are staying at YC for first time and using the DxDDP, where can I go to use the refillable mugs? Thank you
When we stayed at GF and 1st time we got a room that had a connected door...we can hear our neighbors conversation so next time we stayed we asked to have a room without connect room and it worked out great. I just booked YC and forgot to ask for a room with no connected door (are those available). If I get a room that has a connected, do you hear your neighbors...my son is a light sleeper. When we stayed at AKL and requested no connected room it was honored and put at the end of the hallway.
This time I did not put any type of room request.
Our trip is coming up soon!! We're wondering about SAB hours recently - can anyone report on the recent/upcoming hours? Thanks!!
This link has all the info about refillable mug locations:

It looks like Hurricane Hanna's, Beaches and Cream and Marketplace, but maybe someone who has been there more recently can confirm!
Just the resort where it is purchased, IIRC.Can refillable mugs be used in ALL the resorts or just the resort that you are staying in
