test Part 10

wishing you the best bob, hope it all goes the way you and your wife want it to be.

just think, you can be home and play with us more then!!

You woke me up Tony....people asking for pie??? :confused3 In bed :confused3 crumbs, crumbs and more crumbs...;) :cutie:

Seems like we will have a 1 day cool down:rolleyes: I still want fall...it can't be far away, all the decorations are out in the stores

How did the first day of school go Momma? were the kids excited?

More later, gotta finish getting ready for work and scoot outta here

tony, when you whisper like that, it takes me longer to wake up.

mic got the pie?
well, i never.......

She said 1st day went off fine. Julie has "swimmers ear" and isn't feeling the best but went to school and had fun. She was telling me all about her new friend Samantha !

Mommma's mother and stepdad are visiting with her until tomorrow so after that she'll be back on line with us.....IF SHE KNOWS WHAT'S GOOD FOR HER!!!:lmao:

morning all!

It is going to be brutal again today with a heat index of around 118 degrees. The humidity is a killer here. You just step outside and start sweating.

I went grocery shopping last night at walmart and got offered a full time job last night:rotfl2: It was 2 pay grades higher than what i was making out there but i had to turn it down. It would have been a M-F job working 7am-4pm. I wouldn't have a way for the kids to get to school so without even thinking about it i said NOPE.

Then one of the guys i worked out there with said his wife was thinking about starting daycare and was thinking that her and I should go in business together.

tony--are you saying we are not worthy enough to wake up anymore?!:confused3

mic--I can't wait till fall either..it's my favorite time of year.

mac--I don't have any pie but i think ks has cheesecake!;)

bob--any news today?

ed--got a rise today?

gant--are you starting to get busy again? when do the littles go back to school? How old is your oldest son again?

ks--i do shop at seas sometimes. We do have that kidsvantage but it doesn't cover shoes. From last August I have bought Noah 4 pairs of tennis shoes and none of them last...the kids just moves to much i think.

ocm--where are you? and don't say you are to good for us now;)

Have a good tuesday everyone!

Morning all! a bunch of busy bees off to their respective hives.popcorn::

pam - how nice to be asked, too bad it didn't work out for you.

have i mentioned i dread fall, depresses the heck out of me.:confused3

Two things always in my freezer...

#1 - Absolut

#2 - cheesecake

never know which way the wind's gonna blow:banana:

who's next?

Morning yet again.....it's so stinkin' nice out, I wanna go home...waaaa...waaaa...;)

Pam, guessing that weather will be coming back to us, we always get what you have....:guilty: but even if KS doesn't like it (secretly she does, she LOVES Halloween) fall will be bowing in soon enough.

Oh, so the outlaws are visiting momma..hope that goes well and sorry Julie has swimmer's ear, ouch, those hurt...but glad school went well

Quiet here this morning, wonder when heck will break lose...it always does...well actually it die break loose downstairs...the injecter to the sewer:confused3 or something isn't working right (and yes, they've been out several times about this) backed up again....ewwee...yucky

Morning all :)

No news here so far. :surfweb:

Pam -- sounds like an interesting opportunity to open a daycare business. :thumbsup2

tony, if momma doesn't get back to us this week, make her eat pie......

sorry to hear julie has swimmers ear. that is very painful. hope momma is having a nice time with the family visiting her.

waiting to see her first day of school pics for us like she did last year.
hint..... hint ......

keisha, i love cheesecake, it's my fave.
save me a piece in the freezer.

if i had a cheesecake in my freezer, i would have to buy a lock for it.

mic, throw up on your desk and they will send you home to enjoy the beautiful weather today.

pam, think you want to do a partnership business?
that would be a lot more work i would think.

it is kewl that they offered you a job at wallyworld. just goes to show you did a fab job there and they miss your talents.

bob, ok, spill the beans, what did boss lady say to your proposal?
have you told the boys yet that you will be with them more?

ed, no rise...........boo hoo
come back and make your presence known...

gant, miss seeing you here also.
but i did make my coffee this morning and about to start the second pot.
hope all is going fine for you. thought you mentioned some days back of a trip.

going to busy for me.
i have to take care of some business and don't know if i will be back today.
but, i will check in tonight.

I'm thinking NO in the daycare business for a couple of reasons.

1. I already have a sucessful busness going on. I don't want to try to start another one, and I don't even know if my parents will follow me as i think they like the small home daycare feel.

2. I don't know if i want to do daycare for much longer. I am just waiting for aubrey to get a little older so her and Noah can stay home after school together just incase i won't be here if i get a different job. I have done daycare for almost 14 yrs. and i am ready to get out of it.

There you go now you can't say I didn't get it up for you this morning.

Ed, that getting up could become a habit....tis a beautiful thing:thumbsup2

Pam, I agree with your thinking, you have a successful business going, you don't really need to change it........and I know you want to go with a different career when Aubrey gets in school

Bob, good karma coming at ya

My morning sucked big time...as the office manager says, she is not accusing me of making a mistake, BUT......and her but's always mean just that...anyway, had paperwork to back up my supposed mistake, so I was in the clear, or as the saying goes, my **** was covered  YAY me...for once I wasn't to blame :cool1:

2 quick updates (sort of) -- my boss has just gone down to our HR person's office, presumably to talk to her about my proposal and at 4pm, my reporting manager is meeting with my boss' boss.

Hopefully by tomorrow I'll have a better idea of what's going to happen. :)
