KS - The Vicks on the feet really does help. Me & Ally have been doing it for several nights. Not near as much coughing going on around here.

Also did you know that Big Ben's little sister is playing basketball for OU? He has come to a few of her games. They were making a big deal over it the other night on the news. I didn't even know she was playing here. Heck, I didn't even know he had a little sister.

Bob - Have fun on that trip. It's getting cloes now. Can't believe your wife is having to put in such crappy hours.

What the heck is going on with Gant? I read the first page of that thread. Didn't see anything wrong?

Morning all

FedEx just showed up at my door -- with my offer from my old company. It's everything I was looking for -- part-time (20 hours a week) salaried position, 1/2 the salary I was making before I left, plus vacation (2 weeks) and benefits.

None are FDA approved, yet that age group/crowd thinks as long as it's sold as a supplement in a store it's a-okay.

OMG are you kidding? That is insane!!

The prices at GNC are wicked expensive. Tell them to shop at Bodybuilding.com. The prices are much more reasonable for the same thing that GNC sells. That is where I get my pills. I use SanTight which is a thermogenic. I think its 35 at BB.com and 55 at GNC.

ks--the foot is doing okay. I can tell when i am on it for awhile and then sit down...it tightens up and then hurts. It feels alot better in the morning though so that is a start. I was going to tell you that I put the vics on Aubrey the other night...it didn't really work for her

Try the Vicks on the feet. May not seem to do much but I didn't do it the night before last on either of us and we both coughed all night. Did it to both of us last night and we slept well.

Creatine is dangerous. Ex-sil has had several problems come up that doctors atribute to the creatine that our football coach recommends the boys take. Problems include heart irregularities, crones disease & his irratical behavior I would say are partially because of it as well.

Don't know if you all saw but they are closing all the long threads tomorrow to see if it improves board performance. Its only for 24hrs but I think it may become permanent because I belong to other boards that shut them down at 1000 pages or 3000 pages depending on the board. So you may want to start another thread and name it something like The Original Test thread or something so we know its you guys, even if its only for 24 hrs.
