I had 3 extra bananas, so I made a loaf of banana bread. I had never made it, but I had all the ingredients, and it's DW's favorite. So I decided to make some last night. We had bought some at the farmer's market, and it was $10. When you think of all the ingredients it takes to make (butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract and bananas), it's probably cheaper just to buy it at the store. But it was still good, I think. DW liked it but she said it'd have been better with nuts of some sort in it.
Not sure what I did wrong, but it did crack on top. Maybe too dry? Who knows.
