Morning all!

TGIF!!!

mac--you know that we share everything!!!
I guess we are suppose to get more this weekend so I can share that too:rolleyes:

Hope everyone has a good friday

Weekend plans???

Weekend plans???

Tomorrow's schedule:

8:45am: Ryan's swimming class
10am: Cam's basketball practice
12pm: Cam's swimming class

Afterwards, we head on the road to go to my sister's house (2 hour drive) for my nephew's 3rd birthday party.

Nicole and I have to leave the party around 5:00 or so to head back to Cleveland (the boys are staying with my parents for the night) for Nicole's firm Christmas party in downtown Cleveland. Cocktails start at 7pm, dinner at 8. Fortunately, we got a room at the hotel it's being held at, so we don't have to drive home that night.

Sunday morning, drive about 1/2 way between Cleveland and my folks to meet up with them and pick up the boys. Cam has a 2:30pm basketball game. We should be home in time for the Browns' game at 4:15. :thumbsup2

Bob - that is one busy weekend, but you get an Adult night. Have fun:banana:

Mac - that is wicked late for Winter Break. Ours starts the 21st and I thought that was late.

Mic - that sounds so cold!! It is suppose to be 70 here this weekend..so I am looking forward to that.

Pam - the random snowball fight sounds fun. It's good to get out and laugh with friends.

the 21st is a friday, the 24th is a monday.

but we go back to school jan 8th.

worked all day and worked hard.
i think i ended up taking around 7 cell phones today......

then came home and shoveled more.
i skipped curves, shoveling was the work out !

see you later tonight.

evening all!

Went to Omaha after all the kids left and scored myself a dryer...merry christmas to me:sad2: We then proceeded to the electronic dept. and got a computer for the kids.

Drove by the mall that the shootings were at...i have to say it was an eerie feeling. There were alot of cars in the parking lot for the mall being closed. Dave and I figured that it might be some investigaters.

Have to leave early in the morning, trent has a basketball tourney and plays at 9:30.

Bob--i hope you have a fun time at the party.

mac--that is alot of cell phones. Our break for Noah and Aubrey starts the 19th but Trent has to go on the 20th until 1:30. They have been having a problem at his school with kids writing threats on the mirror. Every time they find one they have to lock the school down so they are threatening to go to school until that friday and if it continues they are talking about having saturday school.

ocm--70? man, i wish i lived close to you! They are talking about us getting 1-3 inches of snow on sat. and again on sun. Hopefully the weather won't be bad for trent's tourney.

mic--have fun with your friend and sil this weekend.

A quickie again...

Everyone has busy weekend plans it seems...Bob, have fun and hope all the sports things go well

Pam, I bet that mall was eerie to drive by, and so sad

Mac, did you get any good cell phones, I could use a new one ;)

Dinner out was good and the The Nutcracker was a nice little production, we had fun.......although I have to say men in tights.....................

Off for early shopping tomorrow, so will stop by tomorrow evening, got all my coupons lined up for Yankee Candle, Bath & Body Works and even some for Pennies if we get there.......I would love to do it all tomorrow, but I know going with someone else, that won't happen........

Momma, 70 sounds nice...its a nice round number :goodvibes

Night my friends

you know, i could probably feel more like going to the mall to shop if it was a bit warmer here.

i'm thinking of buying cards this weekend so i can send them out.
it all depends on the weather.

pam, act surprised when you unwrap that present on the 25th.......:rolleyes1

unwrap it? heck, i'll have it broken in by then:sad2:

have a good night everyone.

pam have sweet dreams about men in tights tonight..........

hi ya mic!
have fun shopping tomorrow.

Morning all!!!

Trent's games got cancelled today due to the freezing rain. Now maybe I will get my dryer hooked up and get some laundry done without having to go to dave's parents house and wait FOREVER!!

Have a good day everyone!

morning all.
i started to go to the mall this morning.
too cold and too many cars in the parking lot.
came back home and decided to go to kmart for tp......

Change of plans today. My nephews have croup, so the birthday party got cancelled. We're home and my BIL is going to watch the boys for a few hours tonight while we go to the party. We've obviously cancelled the hotel reservation -- we're not going to make BIL stay the whole night with the kids. :)

sorry your plans changed bob...
but you still get to take your wife out tonight.

hot date time!

SOOOOOOOO...good evening my friends.........Bob, sorry part of your weekend got skunked, but at least you got a little time to relax...yuck on croup, that stinks

Mac, the malls were crowded today, but we made it. We left the house at 8:30 a.m. and got back home at about 8:45 p.m........now how is THAT for marathon shopping:rotfl: You all would have been proud, we worked those deals and coupons at most every store we went. I had 3 coupons for Yankee Candle, they let me ring up 3 times and use each of them...I got a boo-koo of stuff and saved like $40. They also had a deal, buy a gift card and get a free candle, so we bought the gift card, got the freebie, then turned around and used the gift card towards our purchases:thumbsup2 If you bought stuff at Bath & Body you got a gift card for $10 off of $30, so my friend bought stuff, handed her $$ off card to me, I got to use 2 of those, so that was $20 off, and then I gave her my gift card that I got back to her. We even bought gift cards in TGIF's to get the $5.00 eat later card, then used the gift card to pay for our snack.......we just thought we were all that and a bag of chips today :upsidedow I got a lot of my shopping done...and we hit just about every conceivable store in sight. I'm so tired, but it was worth getting a lot of it done. It was busy too...we went to Hagerstown which we don't usually go to, so it was a little bit longer drive, but well worth our time. We actually had fun together, we've not shopped together in a long time. I found an awesome purse (I like to 'gift' myself when Christmas shopping :lmao: ) that was $148 and I got it for $50....it will last me forever or until I get tired of it.....

So, I'm off to bed, between last night out and today running around, I've had it..........see ya tomorrow......:wave2:

morning all.

another cold snowy day

got your backs covered for the week.

going to clear the drive way and warm up the car.
wanna be at church and sunday school on time...

Mic - you did AWESOME!! I am defiantely proud of you. I did know about the Fridays deal. Chilis/On the Border/Maggianos/Macaroni Grill has that $5 back too. I have $125 that I need to exchange..so I am hoping to get the same deals with them.

Mac - I agree..too cold and too crowded. Stay home in your jammies and shop online:thumbsup2

Pam - sorry about the freezing rain..that sounds messy.

Bob - sorry to hear about your weekend. Hope you had fun at the party despite not having the entire adult night. I hope your nephews feel better soon.

OK..Mic isn't the only one that got good deals. Im wicked excited because I have been out of Anit Wrinkle Cream for sometime. I have read that Athena 7 is the best one..but it is expensive. So, Lancome was having a deal. They were giving away Anti-wrinkle cream as samples if you buy any product for $25. Their cream is about $65 by itself. So..I bought an exfoliant for $27..free shipping, and got three different sample of their anti-wrinkle cream plus a sample of their new eye repair cream. So now, I have all my stocking stuffers for $27. Since I have never tried Lancome..I'll use the samples and see if they work. But believe me, I need all the help I can get.

It is gorgeous here this week. Its been sunny and 70s here, which is almost perfect weather. (I like 87-93 but I will take mid 70s in the middle of Dec!)

I still need stocking stuffers for my kids, but I did get that movie "Rudy" for Nico for $5 at Walmart. I'm going to try to get back there this week to see if I can get a few other movies that people might like. So, I am not doing too bad on deals. We get our first paycheck in 2 months on FRIDAY!!! Thank goodness...I'll finish my shopping then.

I think next year we are going to let Nico do the Miami Dolphins youth flag football camp. He was asking to do it this year, but there is a camp here that he can do this year to see if he even likes it. Check out the Dolphins camp though..I think its wicked neat!:thumbsup2

Morning friends......still rainy and dreary here......but not obsessively cold, around 42 degrees.

I sent an email to a couple of you, but I know we have some animal lovers here, if you could do this, and do it a couple times during the week, I feel it is a good cause, it is a Christmas present to the poor neglected animals of this world

The Animal Rescue Site is having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily to meet their quota of getting free food donated every day to abused and neglected animals.

It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "feed an animal in need" for free. This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate food to abandoned/neglected animals in exchange for advertising. (Weight Watchers is one of the sponsors!)

Here's the web site! Click on this link, and when the site opens, click on the purple box that says Feed an Animal for free. That's it! Pass it along to people you know.

PLEASE TELL 10 FRIENDS TO TELL 10 TODAY!!

The Christmas party was fun last night. :) It was a Casino Night theme, so there was stuff to do, which helps. Nicole and I played Texas Hold'em for a while until my BIL called and asked when we were coming home. He wanted to get home for whatever reason, so we cut our night short.

Oh, and my mom called this morning. My nephew's croup has progressed into pnumonia. :(

Off to Cam's basketball game in a couple hours. Have a good Sunday all. :)
