Oh Momma, I'm SO happy you got those awesome deals!!! Doesn't it just make you feel so good We didn't cheat anybody with our finaglin' round yesterday, just kinda worked the deals to get some add-on goodies for ourselves!!! YIPPEE...I think maybe one more trip out for some minor stuff and the rest of my shopping is gonna be on-line......I feel so good I got most of it done. I forgot, I got a WII game for the grandbabies for 1/2 price at T'RUS, Pirates of the Carribean, so I thought they might like that. I cut way back on them, gift cards to the toy store so they can pick something they want. They get so much anyway, they sure aren't doing without.

How awesome to have that moola starting to come in again, I'm so glad things are working out. I know how stressful that can be, been there and done that and it ain't no fun. Nico probably would LUV that football camp, what little guy wouldn't, that is cool.

I thought of you yesterday Momma while we were shopping. My friend had a coupon for a pair of undies at Victoria's Secret. While I was waiting for her, I thought about you loving that place. The girl asked if she could help me, and I told her I was waiting for my friend and that I doubted they had anything in there that was my size...she said she could find me somthing I thought to myself if you sewed 2 things together it might fit......

Mic and ocm--great job on the deals!!! I think I need to go out one more time as well for stocking stuffers, teachers gifts, and little things like that then I will be done done done.

mac--it is kinda crappy here too. The basketball games in Omaha are still on though. I was kinda hoping they would be called off so I can get my stuff done today. Oh well, I will just have to go out tomorrow night and get it all done.

Bob--hope your nephew gets better in no time. It always stinks when plans get changed. Good luck to Cam today!

The Christmas party was fun last night. It was a Casino Night theme, so there was stuff to do, which helps. Nicole and I played Texas Hold'em for a while until my BIL called and asked when we were coming home. He wanted to get home for whatever reason, so we cut our night short.

Oh, and my mom called this morning. My nephew's croup has progressed into pnumonia.

Off to Cam's basketball game in a couple hours. Have a good Sunday all.

last minute shopping on christmas eve and get the tree up that day also.

I feel like today was a bust, but then again I got a little done...I'm just not in the mood darn it...the tree is assembled, but undecorated.......wish the Christmas tree fairy would swoop in and do it for me....

We just got home not to long ago from the boys basketball games. The both came home losers trent's team had a 14 pt. lead and ended up losing in overtime.

We found out today that dave's sisters "friend" had a stroke today. It doesn't sound like she is going to pull through. They said to call in her family. Please say a prayer for her.

Think I am going to watch the cheap news and go to bed...have a good sleep everyone.

Oh and mic--i am sure VS would have something that would fit you. If I can find stuff in there i know you can!!!!!

Whoever has mac for thier secret santa get her a christmas fairy....someone who can put her tree up and go last minute shopping for her

We took our Christmas pic for christmas cards yesterday and all I can say is I need some serious help! I think all the stress has taken a toll on me, plus I had an insane migrane, but I look like crap in it. Last years came out pretty well, but this years is AWFUL!! I took three Alieve and finally felt well enough to get online and finish shopping.

Pam - I will let you know about the eye cream. This is suppose to be one of the better ones. I'm sorry to hear about Dave's sisters "Friend". It's never a good time to go, but always more so to lose someone around the holidays.

Mic - I LOVE VS and yes, you could buy plenty of things in there. You and I are basically the same size so if I can shop there you can too. The stores never have my bra size and don't sell any clothes, so I never go into the stores. Although, I got the free cotton thong coupon too. I really like the cute thongs they have online and I do think they sell a few of those in the store. You could definately shop there and I swear they have some of the best jeans out there. Everyone should have a pair.

Mac - I am not usually as late as I have been this year. I think this whole working thing for us is not working in our favor. I always feel like there is never any time to get anything done. Do what I do for your family members. Tell them they are only allowed to ask for 1 gift per person, anything else is just a bonus gift.

Bob - I hope your nephew feels better. Is it normal pneumonia or walking pneumonia? I'm also sorry you had to cut your night short. It sounds like it was going great. i think next time..just tell your BIL to keep them at his house over night. That way, he can be home for his "whatever" and you get your night out.

If I would just go to the gym I would be fine but after the kids leave I have so much other crap to do that I can't always make it there. Gotta head out in a few minutes to Ryan's gym class.

Sorry about Dave's sister's friend. My FIL died from a massive stroke as well.

Nephew is supposedly doing better. My sister thinks that now her older son (the one who just turned three) now has pnumonia as well. He's like my sister (unfortunately for her) and is a pretty whiny sick kid, whereas my younger nephew (he's 8 months old) has been really great through the whole thing.

Basketball game was fun. Cam scored another two baskets and had a ton of rebounds. Thankfully they don't keep score because the team they played had a couple kids who just blew away everyone else.

Sickness has hit our house too -- Nicole woke up this morning and threw up. She still managed to go to work somehow.

Oh, and I just sent in an application for a possible part-time contracting job. We'll see what happens.

I'm certainly the lost child here today.... the Dis is taking so long to load for me in the morning, I don't have time to sit here and wait, and then I was like a chicken with it's head cut off at work today...EEK....I need a break from all this havoc...there is a GIGANTIC snafu with the xmas gifts from Hershey's that we ordered for our best customers, so guess who has been on hold for at least 35 minutes at a time trying to get it straightened out???? and its still all messed up........UGH...I even called the damn place from home tonight and they promise someone will call me.......whatever

Pam, so sorry about the SIL's friend, how sad I'm very sorry to hear that, hope everyone will be ok.

I agree, this working is for the birds when there is stuff to be done...I've come to the conclusion some of it just doesn't get done...and I'm not worrying about it anymore

Tony, so sorry to hear your mom isn't doing well.... I know what you are going through and I'm praying for you and your mom...hang in there...glad you are heading home for a visit, that may perk her up
