I guess I shouldn't have rubbed it in yesterday.... I went to bed in Florida last night and woke up in ALASKA!! It's 53 here !!!
Where are my winter clothes? My hat? My gloves? My coat???

Oh yeah....I don't have any of that anymore....Oh well...Winter only lasts a couple hours.

Mac, we have more than that in customers for xmas cards at work, that is the select list.....I had to fold, stuff, label and stamp them all but I'm a good little worker bee and got it done...I took them home this weekend and spent 2 hrs. folding and stuffing....it gives me a couple hrs of overtime and I was watching TV, so it wasn't so bad

YAY, planning another trip, sounds fun

afternoon all!

what a day it has been. Trent came home sick today with the cruddy cough and a slight temp. I called the dr. and they are giving me more medicine for trent and aubrey because neither one of them are 100%.

Have to go out and do some more laundry and i am taking some more gifts to wrap so I don't get to bored.
I really wanted to take the kids out tonight so I can get our x-mas shopping completely done but I guess that may have to wait until the boys basketball games on sunday.

Evening.......still no cable....to make a long story short, they were supposed to call my dh, who works 5 minutes from the house, to let them in, they came, left a note on the door that no one was home......DUH...I told the girl off on the phone...I told her I realized it wasn't her fault, but she was going to get it anyway. Had the nerve to tell me we really should stay at home for the 3 hr. window...I told her you guarantee me the tech will be here at x hour and we'll be here...she couldn't do that, so I said well I guess your tech feels his time is more valuable then ours ........man, I was mad. So, we are going to try this again tomorrow ...meanwhile dh is grumpy without his TV. Guess I'll be asleep early again like last night.

They say we might get some snow tomorrow.........ick...double ick....mac, keep your white stuff

Pam, sorry the kiddoes are feeling ill...poor babies...give them some TLC. Any luck on picking a dryer? I love my Whirlpool. It has the touch pads on it, and a rack you can put stuff on inside if you don't want something to tumble. I rarely use it but I enjoy knowing I have it...

still snowing here.
and i think we will get more due to the lake effect snow after this one stops.

i complained yesterday of not getting as much work as i want each week.
they told me to come in everyday this week and now i wish i had not complained......

i only want to work 3 days a week. that's all i need for now.
sons don't get up until 4 o' clock now in the late afternoon.
they work so nicely with my schedule.

Mr. mic is long asleep...I sit here still, but I'm about ready for bed. I fooled around looking for a Christmas flower of arrangement of some sort to send to my mom to brighten her room...I'm always looking for that little extra bargain...I got 15% off, so that covered half of the delivery fee.

Night friends, stay outta the snow mac, no running outside to make snow angels.......

Snowing this morning....a guy in front of me started swirling all over the place and it scared the bee-jeepers outta me as I thought he was gonna flip over...EEK Not sure what the forecast is for us, will check I guess

Mac, thanks for asking, my mom moved to her rehab place last week and she seems fairly well settled. She has a roommate with my name She sounds wonderful and is plugging along, guess that Yankee upbringing is shining through, she is playing tough and I'm proud of her for what she has been through.

Think i'm starting to get the gunk that my kids have

Mic--i'm glad your mom is doing well. Nothing on the dryer yet. Our washer is a whirlpool so we will probably get one of those. I think i saw the one you have and i did like that one. I want to go to Nebraska Furniture Mart one of these nights to get one but finding time is the issue. The store here in town only had 3 to choose from.

Mac--see what you get for complaining?!?!?! just teasin' think of all that extra moola you will have.

I bet KS isn't even checking the weather back home...she is having to much fun.


We are suppose to get 3-5 inches tomorrow and then the way it looked from Sat-Wed. we have a big chance of a wintry mix. YUCK!!!!

went to work and made some moola..........and thur and friday also.





i don't mind shoveling the snow sometimes.
