Hey Everyone

I am not sure if I will get on here tomorrow, but I hope all of you have a wonderful day. Tomorrow is St Nicholas Day and my kids are all now putting out their shoes. We will all wake up, each kid will open their gifts and then we will have a huge breakfast. The kids are asking me to make Eggs Benedict, so I have to go to the store in a little bit to pick that up.

Pam - I hope the kids are feeling better..and you too. You don't need to get sick.

Mac - Im sorry about the hours. I know what you mean about not wanting to work more than three days a week. I really only want to work two days a week. Hopefully, I wont have to work next year at all. That is the plan anyway.

Mic - Im sorry that it snowed there today. It is wicked scary when the person in front of you starts swirving like that. Glad there wasn't a major accident.

Keisha - hope you are having a blast.

Bob - have fun with your "blow job". Hope you got it all cleared out.

i have a snow shovel and it took me 1.5 hours to get the drive cleared.

as i was walking into the house, i slipped on a piece of ice on my shoe.

Evening.........well, it basically snowed here ALL damn day it was a fine snow though, so accumlation was about 3 or 4 inches and the roads are in good shape. It did take me awhile to get home this evening though...after that guy swerving all over this morning I kept my distance of other drivers It is still snowing, but very, very fine stuff. It is cold too.......brrrr

Pam, hope you escape the icky sicky stuff....and YES, I saw that stuff on the news about the mall shootings...wth is wrong with people? I swear, it is awful.

Momma, glad to see you and I know how much your kids love St. Nicholas Day...hope it is extra special and you have fun. Bet they are so unable to sleep right now thinking of getting the shoes filled up! Enjoy!!

Mac, sorry you fell...I was so careful walking out to my car tonight, but it really wasn't icy, just slushy/messy. One of the guys said you want me to hold your arm? and I thought, man, I know I'm old now when they are that worried about me...LOL......he is a sweetie though and always treats me so nice. It did feel holiday-ish today with it snowing though, and our handyman got the tree up in the lobby and we have Christmas music playing, so I felt semi-festive. I've had a hard time getting in the mood this year.

Well, the cable guy came and fixed!!!!! YIPPEE now there won't be a thing on I want to watch Got the truck back from the body shop also, so it was a pretty good day overall.

Speaking of Sweets......This is what she did to me !!

I recently had the BIG 50 birthday and THOUGHT I had gotten away without being too ragged about it. Except from the daily reminders i get from Sweet it wasn't too bad.

Anyway, Sweet sends me a birthday gift in the mail. It got to me on Monday I think it was. When I told her I had gotten a package she asked if I had gotten 2 packages. Nope...just one. I opened it and it's Madden 2008 for my video system !! Cool beans cause she knows I love to play video football. She then proceeds to tell me I have one more coming.

She says" and it's the PERFECT GIFT for you". Now I have no idea how she managed to get Meg Ryan naked and gift wrapped for me but that's the perfect gift !!! Turns out it wasn't Meg.....not sure about the perfect part yet either, it arrived yesterday by FedEx....

I take the box from FedEx and go inside and open it. It's a smallish box so I know right away Meg isn't in it. I open the box and on top of the bubble wrap and foam peanuts is a card....HAPPY 50th BIRTHDAY LOVE SWEET !

The box is from a place called Little Moon Essentials...inside the box there are 3 indivdually wrapped items...I unwrap item #1.....the little bottle says on it

TIRED OLD *** SOAK " a bath for exhaustion"

Bottle # 2 says...TIRED OLD *** CREAM "an energizing & invigorating lotion"

Bottle #3 says...TIRED OLD *** SPALSH "an invigorating mist and after shave"

Yep...it took her a few days....But she got me.....

This is the thing where St. Nick puts gifts in your shoes right?? You should make out like a bandit Sweet !! You could get a new car in one shoe...a new house in the other.. !! I've SEEN those shoes !!!

Nope, didn't oversleep, got on here, read a bit, went to post and it wouldn't load, it was taking forever and I didn't have the time to sit and wait on it...so here I is....

It was like 15 degrees and icy as heck this morning...had to stop and get gas and my little thingy was froze shut, got that open and then the gas cap was hard as hades to turn...but I managed to drop the usual wad on filling up It is starting to melt some now as the sun is out.

Mac, have fun at school. Pam, stay out of trouble

TVT, that is funny, you should know she was gonna get you on that milestone birthday.

Trent's game got cancelled for tonight and still waiting to hear on Noah's concert. I think we probably have 4 inches right now and it is still snowing. It is a pretty snow though.

Tomorrow night I'm heading out with my 2 sis-in-laws to see The Nutcracker, then Saturday off for a day of shopping with a friend, so won't be around much....

That is what we did tonight after noah's program...we kinda got in a snowball fight with some friends....don't know how it happened We all had a good laugh.
