Which is better (view, ammenities) S or D?
Is the bus service good?
Is housekeeping like Mousekeeping (not being Disney owned)?
Pools (how many, type)?
Restaurants (foodcourts, full service)?
Parking?

We stayed at the Swan June 8-16, 2001, and we LOVED this hotel!!! Our room view was of the Dolphin - on the 5th floor, with a balcony. Bus service was great - only used it for MK and AK. We walked to Epcot - and rode the boat to MGM (walked back one night and it was a very nice walk!) Housekeeping was great - our room was very clean, the bathroom was a nice size, and there was also a sink right outside the bathroom which made getting ready in the morning easy! We did not eat at any of the restaurants at the Swan (there was no food court) - we did eat over at the Dolphin though at the Soda Fountain. It was pretty good, and the Splash Grill right by the huge quiet pool at the Swan has really good shakes! The even bigger Grotto Pool is so nice - the water was so cool under the waterfall! My girls loved playing around in this pool!! Parking was fine - there was a very large parking lot within easy walking distance of the hotel. Enjoy your stay!!!!

IMHO the best views are from the Dolphin if you want to see Epcot, but remember that less than a third of the rooms face Epcot. The Swan has v iews of MGM mostly the TOT.

We prefer the views at the Dolphin, they're just more spectacular because you can get a much higher room. We also like having Tubbi's in the resort.

We found the housekeeping fantastic. One day our sink was draining very slowly. As the last person in our party was finishing up and we were about to leave, we called housekeeping and asked them if they could do something about it. Before we could even all get out the door, there was someone there. It took him less than 5 min. and he was gone and the sink was perfect.

Restaurants - we have only eaten at Tubbi's and the poolside grill. Tubbi's was very good, just all the better counterservice places in Disney. The poolside grill was one of our best meals of the trip.

Poolwise - The Grotto is our families fav. pool (we haven't seen the new Polynesian pool yet) We like it better then SAB only because we didn't like the fact that your pool is right on the dock where everyone walks by.

Buses - We never had a problem, but we rarely used it since we walked to MGM, BW and Epcot and had a car for most other trips.
