Well there may be some delay on the second because the first will need to be assigned a member id # from DVC. You will then need to provide that to the title company/resale broker on the second so they can vote it for their closing.Home Resort: SSR

I may take this to a different, more-active thread, but I'm still curious if anyone has experience as a new resale member buying two separate contracts at the same time. The vesting information (same two joint owners) is the same on the two contracts, and they are in the same use year. Should I anticipate any issues/delays with these two contracts being correctly associated into a single membership? We're ready to start using our points!
