Spirit $7 fares in Aug. from DTW to MCO

I just got a notice that Spirit has some of those $7 fares in Aug. from Detroit to MCO on their site (spiritair.com). We are waiting for some good late July fares. I hope someone can get these $7 flights!

They have them from Atlantic City to orlando too. But I can't go on those dates.

Does anyone know how often they release these special fares. I guess I need to add spirit to the airlines that I check daily.

I got the e-mail this morning from Spirit. Advised my co-worker about the deal and she was able to purchase tickets for her family for September. Detroit to Orlando -- $89 outbound and $7 return - Woo Hoo. Total price for four people, including taxes and fees - $461
