Trying to make reservations today after booking my room and keep getting the error ....Sorry for the "Paws"

I have tried different dining locations, the number of diners and dates but I keep getting the error.
 
Me too. I lost three good ADRs earlier today before I just gave up. I spoke to soon in another thread, when I said the Disney site seemed to be running much more smoothly as of late.
 
So frustrating. I have also been trying to get reservations all day and extremely frustrated that I lost a BOG 9:05 reservation when I was trying to get an earlier one when it made me cancel my reservation first. Now I can't make any reservations without getting a message that it can't be completed. Has this happened before?
 

And apparently it's going to do this today as well.

EDIT: Nevermind, it actually worked! I'm surprised that Ohana reservation was still there. I've only been trying to book it since last night.

It's been doing it since 5:30am today. I managed to get most of my ADRs and can't get the last day booked.
 
Yup it's been down since exactly 6am (which for me is 5am). Tried off and on until 7am EST and then called in since the phone lines were open at that point. Was able to make most reservations that way and they are showing up on MDE but I wanted to add a few more and it's till not letting me in. The funny thing is that it will let me make a ressie no problem for my first day (which is the exact 180) but it will not let me do anything beyond that (for your 180+10). I called tech support thinking it was a glitch on my account that was causing me to not book available times that would come up on my +10 days and the CM I spoke to said they are aware of the issue and it is not just mine but anyone who is onsite trying to book their +10 days. As of now their system is only letting you go to the exact 180 for everyone. She did not have an ETA on when the glitch would be resolved. The good news is I guess no one can book today past 180 unless they call in. Just wanted to share in case anyone else is having this issue today, and also for future people who run into this, since OP stated they were having the same issue on 11/28.
 
ARGH!! Still having the issue today! Disney really needs to get it together with their IT, it is really lacking.

I was going to post that this was my worst ADR experience to date. Even with my 180 + 10, I didn't get quite everything I wanted, and the times were definitely not what I wanted. Of course, I was trying at 6 am and I couldn't use my 180 +10 on the app, then I had to go to work, so I didn't get to start trying again until 8am...took an hour to make 10 or 11 ADRs
 
I just cannot believe that it is still an issue. It never did stop giving me that error. I think since you can still call in and make your ADR's over the phone they do not see this as a priority issue and maybe that is why it is still not working correctly. I agree though, as someone who much prefers to do this sort of thing on my own online and not have to call in, it is very frustrating.
 
Ugh. Not working today either. :mad: I know I can call to book, but I like to poke around and do it online.

I feel the same way. Making the dining reservations myself is part of the fun of going lol!
 
Why cant they get this problem resolved ?

It's amazing !! (Btw, still not working for me). --- first, they would have to admit/realize that there is a problem !
We had to call yesterday to make our adrs --- spoke with 3 different cms during the day-- none of them were aware of the problem, and I know from reading that boards that others have called. Each of them blamed it on our software that we were using . The last cm was the best--- she didn't even know about the 180+ 10, and was insisting that We could not have made our adrs thru Disney dining. . She told me that their department doesn't handle those adrs- it was only after I pleaded with her to enter in our resort conf number that she was able to book for us !!
 
Well, yesterday was my ADR's window opening :stitch:, not working at all :stitch2:. I could see the availabilities for my +10 but each time I tried to book smthg, I got the "sorry for the paws" error message. I tried for 1h, on Firefox, explorer, tablet, Mac, then I called, for 30minutes, from europe. How pricey was that. CM was nice but didn't say anything about the glitch. Today, I still cannot modify any ressies neither add one, I even cannot access my +10 days now, it is 'greyed'. Really irritating.
 
This happened to me a week ago for the first part of our split stay in August -- had to call at 7am.

Today is ADR day for the 2nd part of our split stay -- and again the sorry for the paws. So I have to call AGAIN at 7am to get my reservations. :mad:
